Pressure cooker gauge will not return to 0 after running it

I have an AA 75x Sterilizer that is around 6 months old. I ran it and the bags seemed to have turned out ok. After I turned it off the pressure would not drop below 15 PSI Until after I removed the lid. Does this mean it is time for a new Pressure gauge?
Also my dumbass left the 75x on for a few hours too long the previous cycle, which I am thinking may have ruined the gauge? I forgot to set the timer I had it connected to.
There does not seem to be any buildup underneath the pressure gauge on the lid, nothing blocking it. It seems to look ok, nothing cracked or busted.

After everything cools and there's no pressure, does the gauge snap back to 0 if you tap on it? If so, it's sticking and has become unreliable.

Sounds to me like it's just stuck. I'd lightly tap it with a wrench or something thats dense but not super heavy (not on the glass). If it wont get unstuck, then perhaps its a defect and you should contact the manufacturer to see if they'll replace it since it's only a few months old.

I did not try tapping on it. When I removed the lid it was several hours later and the gauge was still at 15PSI.
I believe maybe it was stuck, I will test it again to see if it will drop back to zero.
