I accidentally made a pin prick on my finger with the end of a spore syringe needle into my finger. a bit of blood was shed and I can only assume some spores went into my bloodstream. are there any precautions i should take? i put it under water and applied antiobiotic cream though i doubt that did much.

If you start seeing mycelium growing out your finger and toenails or potentially any other areas of soft tissue on your body, see a mycologist ASAP before it starts to pin.
You do NOT want to harvest fruiting bodies out from under your skin and eyelids, very uncomfortable and the fruits usually produce a kinda bad trip...

You should be fine, P. cubensis isn't known to be pathogenic and your immune system will take care of the spores.
