Hello Friends, First attempt at a monotub, details below. Looking for opinions /thoughts.
Details:
WBS
Coir,verm,gypsum
64 qt tub / 2 1.5 inch holes on long side at substrate level / 1 1.5 inch hole on top of short sides. Using microppose monotub filter disks on all holes.
Golden Teacher MSS inoculation / using microppose injector ports and air filter disk.
This photo is before first shake:

After first shake:

Fully colonized jars:
 Partially colonized substrate:
Fully colonized substrate / just put into fruiting today:

Photo of tub setup:

Update 9/11: First small pins coming up. Starting to get excited!

I appreciate your time in reviewing this post. None of this would be possible if people like yourselves were not sharing advice and experiences on this site.
Regards, BBH224

Looks good. Nice water droplets in the tub. How long ago did the spores germinate?

They`re not good to dial in i guess, either they work for enough air/moisture relation or not. Seems you got it on spot

Those are fine for gas exchange in spawn jars, but you're not going to use them for fruiting are you?
I guess it might work but it wouldn't be enough air for my likes.

Peoples on here like micropore for gas exchange, polyfil for FAE. Pasty dialed in monotubs with micropore tape through fruiting with great results, but pastywhyte is a legend.

Beautiful looking surface!
Do you guys think upside down lid no holes or Pollyfil holes is better for yield in a monotub? does it make any difference? Seems to be to totally different systems of monos on here. its a bit confusing for a newb

It all just depends on your personal conditions I think. I believe just about anything could be made to work excellently with the proper time, effort, and knowledge but some teks (followed exactly) will work better or worse for some depending on their home conditions. You just have to try it out and see and once you know what to look for you make adjustments.

Thanks for the advice. This microppose company is new and just came out with these disks for monotubs. I had great success with their injector ports and jar filters. So, I thought I would give these monotub disks a shot, but it is unproven and hard to tell if there is enough FAE in the tub. I took your advice and removed them and replaced with polly.

Starting to notice a considerable amount of water building up at the bottom of the tub (between walls and liner) not on the actual substrate. Im guessing this will not be a big deal. Obviously I will address this after first flush.
