Subs, don't get mushrooms from sketchy places, nobody here can tell you if there is a galerina in the mix

We can't see every single one, and even if so, they are so dried it might be impossible to decipher if one of them is a bad one. You should check every one of them for regularity and obvious bruising on the stems. If so, then you are good to go. We can't tell you if you can trust your source or not we don't know them.

One of the issues with this, a rather dangerous and lesser known phenomenon, some experienced harvesters know, the bluing can be transferred to surfaces, including other mushrooms, including galerina. That's why when picking wild mushrooms you must carefully examine each specimen one at a time before they are placed in a bag. Once they are mixed in a bag together there is no way to definitely say. Experienced harvesters are unlikely to make a mistake like this but it's not like you have to undergo any formal certification to pick mushrooms illegally in the woods so the occasional poisoning does occur.

Usually this kind of thing happens when you find the motherload and have to harvest pounds as fast as possible, it's easy to get sloppy.

Really can't say. It comes down to if you trust the person you got them from or not
