While of course that happens, I think it's MUCH more unlikely.

EDIT: Oh, if you're having trouble believing it, a quick google search would probably find you the class, the college, and if you really dig deep, a picture of me at the end of my first semester freshman year.
EDIT2: additional hint-- It happened right where the engineering building ends, before the physics building. The corner is very obvious.
I was being genuine. I laughed when I read it because I believed you. I wasn't being sarcastic and I'm sorry if it came off as such.

BTW, cops have no issue arresting you over some stupid made up charge regardless of your friendly and respectful attitude.
Can you re-frame the, "main issue" for me? I have no desire to divert, I just see the protesting effecting more innocent lives negatively, by far, than I am seeing any good come from it thus far.
And yes, sometimes cops may arrest you anyway, but it reduces the chances of them manhandling you by like 95-99%.

That would be my guess as well, but to be clear, it's just an educated guess.

The % is not known, but the fact it reduces your chances of being manhandled (significantly) is definitely true.

Unjust laws, police abuse of authority etc that lead to wrongful arrest/detainment is a systemic issue that needs to be dealt with. I've experienced it myself
It isn't ok for cops to unjustly arrest you just because they don't manhandle you.

The issue is how do citizens address serious grievances with our unjust laws, corrupt criminal justice system and illegal policing tactics if the political system offers no representation to the people?
You're not attempting to justify police abuse based on the disposition of the citizen, are you?

I've always been very polite and formal during police interactions. "Yes, sir" "No, sir", full compliance at all times. Sometimes that works out. I once got 5 fix-it tickets for registration that was 2 years out of date in 2 days. Any one of those cops could have impounded my car if they wanted to. I've been pulled over with a bench warrant and let go with a new court date. I had a cop steal my weed but give my pipe back to me.
I've also had several cops order me out of my own house at gunpoint while trying to make a cup of tea. No matter how nice the interaction was leading up to it, once they decide to put the cuffs on, they've always hurt me in some way at least a little bit. Presumably so I'll keep in mind how bad they could hurt me if they really wanted to, but that's pure speculation on my part.
There is an exception. The lady cop who arrested me didn't hurt me, but she did decline my dinner invitation for the following evening and straight up lied in my DSO hearing so fuck her too.

Yeah. Geography plays a large part in law enforcement and color though where I live, it is Mecca, Jerusalum, Salt Lake City where a whole cult has taken over it. They wouldn't treat you the same way and would take great enjoyment along with the wonderfully fake nice people of Utah in the states.
I could care less about your petty bitching. There is a world outside of your own but educated guess is you haven't traveled or read the news much.

Do you think Cox will be a great gov and did you vote for him. Huntsman gave up on a write in but I couldn't vote for him as a registered Democrat. Do you like the NSA that was built by the point of the mountain that even was mentioned in a Koontz book? How about Hatch and his legacy. What about electoral voting? What about drug free zones when everything is a drug free zone and getting a first degree felony for just having 7 hits of acid by a 100 yards of a school?
Do you think the once persecuted and had an exterminate order by Boggs when in Miizzou back then was just and now the once persecuted or now do the persecuting? I know the corruption. I have been through the system and the temples and my late seminary teacher dad. What happens when a cult takes over a whole state?
Please tell me, and don't say TRUMP 12 more years! In your big pickup truck in Spanish Fork. Please, try to surprise me about anything here. Moroni and his horn got blown away for a reason. SUFFER! I have, I don't want others to.
Jazz lost on a last second shot by 30 million dollar man but no homeless shelters in downtown. Police footage released a year after that teens shooting. Tell me anything about Utah and I will answer. I went to SLCC then the U. I research.

Why the fuck is ANYONE being stopped for a bike violation? Seriously, cops need to fuck off with that shit.
This is where the public frustration comes from in the first place, did you ever wonder why millions of US citizens in hundreds of different cities were protesting a few months ago? It wasn't just about Floyd, it was about horrible experiences with law enforcement.
Law enforcement isn't going to stop with that constant harassment of citizens UNLESS the public hits the streets. There is no negotiation from The Elite's perspective, so there's no table to discuss laws and policing tactics. Hitting the streets is the only way to make change.
Theyre a small %. Most people like cops.
