I like mine with a dank mustard, chili, and cole slaw. That's something like carolina style.
If y'all have a trader joe's nearby, pick up their dijon mustard. It uses three types of mustard seed, coarsely ground, and a jar is $1.50.
I call it Dat Mustard

If I'm having hotdogs at home I will usually have them dipped in mustard with no bun. Sometimes sweet barbecue sauce. I don't mind plain yellow mustard (if you check the ingredients in French's there is nothing too weird in there) but spicy mustard is more legit. Only smooth mustard though, I hate the texture of the seeds.
At a BBQ or something I would typically go for ketchup mustard relish on a bun. And maybe onions.
At a hot dog street vendor I vary it up and usually include a couple different mustards and relishes (regular and corn), probably some ketchup, onions, dill pickles, pickled banana or jalapeno peppers, sometimes sauerkraut, whatever. Like out of everything they have, there would be few toppings I'd never get. Never mayo though for sure.

Smoked hot dogs that have been spiraled are the tits. They have to be real casing dogs though. Cheap dogs just don't come out right.
Smoked dogs don't need much in the way of accoutrements as they are just that good, almost like a smoked sausage, but of course adding some doesn't hurt.

I've always wanted one of those roller type hotdog grills. They even make huge versions of them.

Corn is nutrition void garbage. It should sit in the same catagory as iceberg lettuce and be stricken away from human consumption. Maybe biofuel or extinct or glue?
Not useless but useless as food

Untrue, you just need to nixtamalize it first to unlock its nutrition. When Europeans (French in particular) brought maize back from the America's they forgot this important process(or more likely never bothered to learn why the savages did that) and wanted to use corn as a primary grain replacement over wheat. What happened was a bunch of villages went stark raving mad due to Niacin deficiency and corn was relegated to pig feed at best.

Definitely not, corn is fucking awesome, sure straight off the cob its merely a vehicle for butter and sugar, but nixtamalized into tortillas etc its the perfect holder for all sort of other wonderful things, with a great nutritional profile.

Flour tortillas are objectively better tho. And corn is still no nutrition

Corn tortillas are clearly better. That’s why all good nacho chips are corn chips.

Given their distinct ingredients, corn and flour tortillas have different nutritional profiles.
Here’s a nutritional comparison of one large corn tortilla (44 grams) and one medium flour tortilla (45 grams) (6Trusted Source, 7Trusted Source):
Corn tortilla Flour tortilla Calories 96 138 Carbs 20 grams 22 grams Protein 3 grams 4 grams Fat 1 gram 4 grams Fiber 3 grams 2 grams Calcium 3% of the Daily Value (DV) 5% of the DV Iron 3% of the DV 9% of the DV Magnesium 8% of the DV 2% of the DV Sodium 20 mg 331 mg
