Wake up.
Cry.
Try to eat.
Cry some more.
Take a nap.
Wake up in tears.
Drink copius amounts of alcohol until I start crying.
Go to bed.

I'll go into more detail on this when I have time, but I've been around long enough to know this basic tenet of daily routine:
1. Rest well, eat well, exercise well, keep good schedule, stay clean and act well = feel fucking awesome.
2. Fuck all that shit off and do a ton of drugs = feel fucking awesome.
The one immutable difference in those two options is that one of them is sustainable, and does good to you and people you love and the world around you and keeps you in heaven, whilst the other basically destroys everything you love and sends you to hell.
One is also incredibly easy and the other incredibly difficult.
There's mediocre in between type options of course, but then I was never one for mediocrity.

Something can happen to the body, but it will either heal or it won't. What's the big deal? Let life knock you to bits. Let life take you apart. Let life destroy you. It will only destroy what you are not. --Jac O'keeffe

I've been on the bench with my company all summer, so here's my daily routine:
sleep in as late as I want Eat two bananas and two bowls of Cheerios while checking Reddit and news. Make coffee and then drink coffee with some kratom while playing online chess ffor a few hours. Half the time I make music at this point. Go for a run outside or rollerblade or lift weights. Eat meal. Evenings are not as routine so who knows

My current daily routine
wake uo between 930 and 1030am (second shift) drink water then a coffee. Regular morning stuff, shower etc. Work out as best as I can with a left foot that is fractured in 2 places and has mild to moderate tendon damage. Go to work, i'm salaried, usually there for 10 hours or so, sometimes less, sometimes more. Come home, cook and eat, do the dishes, troll shroomery go to bed, rinse and repeat.

Hi
i plant some trees every summer and its a great way to spend the time. this year was a bit fucked up obviously, but we ran the camp with a few adjustments. i just think its hilarious how, at the very end of the contract we'd essentially forgotten any and all procedures to maintain. we had no issues, the forestry clients even showed up for breakfast a lot
here is the routine
starts by wake up at 5:45
have a cigarette- crawl out of my tent
walk out to the woods and take a shit outside cause- im not using the shitters + id rather be eaten by bears anyway i look at it.
by noiw its like 6:25 so im going to the kitchen place -which is a mud hole under a tent-
I tell the cook i dont want any lunch today cause the sweltering weather or the suppressing heat wave or maybe the muggy shit plant did me. anyways- bottom line is, out there, I can only sweat from places i didnt know
after a long and hard argument, i finally grab a cheesy breaky sandwhich - and im storming out of there, grubbing as i go.
at the vehicle and im sit there for a while, i might check the gas in it so i can later tell the driver how dumbass he is for driving by the gas pump on an empty tank. i cracked a joke on brake fluid once, but only after the foreman decided he'd store a jerry can at the back of a utility van's cab. we proceeded then, to making him blankly stare under the vans hood, trying to identify the brake fluid container for our van.
on our way to the logging block now at 7:00 am. we have to stuff tape roles and kleenex papers under the stereo to keep that shit working. aux cords in cause there isnt any radio. Mostly listen to dub stuff or metal or hip hop
anyways its 9:00 oclcock now at the logging block and the rest is history im out on a cut piece im out on a good day, if im out on someones piece, they are shit sticking us.
12:00 this is a critical point, at this point i could be bullshitting around having a smoke OR im literally pulling hair out of my skull.
3:00 pm this is beast mode. Im completely immune by now, ive poked my eyeballs, ripped my shin, caught my toe throwing my foot back vertically in what i call the bacon-stick face flip, i may have wiped my ass with a piece of sphagnum, at 3:00 pm im entering the arena like a motherfucker
5:00pm were packing our shit for the drive back
7:00 I fill up my own personall plate with as much tolerable ammounts of grub as i can. My plate is a stainless steel soup cook pot. its a gallon bucket.
7:45 have a cigarette, go to my tent potentially beat my meat in there cause im stricly anti-sexual unless its blatently gay or weird in a way. like if shes really into hair and bushy or maybe shes 40 years old or something. i like smelly ones i guess im fucked off by 8:00 im fallen asleep sure glad im not married.

I've been working from home for the past few months, so my routine has gone out the window. I'm trying to get it back on track though. It became obvious after a while that once you start slipping on one thing, everything falls apart. At one point I was drunk in the middle of the day, working from my laptop while laying in a hammock and eating a burrito. Pretty sure I hadn't showered in a few days, and just felt like shit in general.
Wake up at a regular time, exercise shower and get dressed, even if no one is going to see you. It's important.

My weekday routine rarely deviates.
5.00. wake up, drink lots of water, eat breakfast, work out 6.30. Be at work 10.00. break time, get some sunshine, eat largest meal of the day 14.30. Knock off, shop food if needed 15.00. Pick up kids from school. Family time, garden time, fun time, snack time 18.00. Make dinner, lots of fresh veg, sometimes meat 19.00. Read, relax, muck around on internet, watch a movie sometimes 21-22.00. Drink lots of water, shower and bed
Weekends have no routine at all. I make sure I go out each day, do something, muck about in the garden, read, swim, workout, trip sometimes, play board games, play PlayStation, maintain my house and cars, see friends, whatever I feel like or need to do. Sometimes I sleep loads and other times I barely sleep at all.
My life is wildly different from years ago though, so much more structured. It used to just be like weekends all the time, except for having to show up at various random jobs and the hectic drug and alcohol binges that might keep me awake for days.

Home schedule is a little loose. I feed dog, take dog out, shower, dishes, some TV, dinner, 3 or 4 wins in MTGA, bed around 10:00pm. 5 days a week.

I wake up around 7 or 8am and make breakfast. I eat the same breakfast every morning and I love it.

Then I mix up some kratom and put it in the fridge to settle.
I take a shower and shave my head. I use one of those old timey safety razors so I get a wicked close shave. I love the ritual. Then I floss with plackers, like I really get in there. Brush my teeth, get dressed, then drink my kratom tea.
Now that gyms are reopening I'll hit the elliptical for like 45 min and throw some weights around before work.
Then I leave for work; I hit up Dunkin for a large coffee with 3 splenda, a splash of almond milk, and an espresso shot.
By then the kratom is kicking in and I feel really good and positive.
After work I make dinner around 7pm, and I like to get fancy with it. I love cooking. This is a pork chop, sweet potatoes, and mushrooms.

Then I make an iced sleepy time tea. It's like a mix of chamomile, mint, and other stuff. Then I smoke a bowl, put on some YouTube, and go to sleep.

You seem to be a pretty good cook. I've been making Thai chicken red curry once or twice a week for months now. You shave your head every day?

It tastes even better than it looks!
Here's the recipe I use. It's super easy to make. Make sure you have a rice cooker.

you guys ever had porcupine balls???
its, you put rice inside a hamburger-ball then you lay your balls in a deep enough dish to fill w/ juice halfway up the balls should work. Butternut squash juice works, tomato works, some sort of mango/spicy combo works etc etc.
Now cover your deep dish with foil and put in the oven at 375-420 F and let the rice cook. Add more juice is the experience factor in this recipe.
When the rice is cooked after about 30 minutes, remove the foil and let the balls roast. The rice will poke out of the meat balls creating the porcupine!!
Extra part: batter one or two eggs in a bowl and mix into the juice before filling the deep dish. The egg(s) will help bind the balls together but honestly i usually dont have eggs in my fridge cuz they taste weird and i dont do pastries.

Get up at 5:45am Make coffee turn off porch lights get in the shower get dressed Slam an iced coffee about 12-15oz's or so, then fill my travel mug up (24oz I think) and that's all I have for the day whether I finish it or not make breakfast, or go get a kalache or breakfast sand Get to work around 7:00am Post here and read threads Do some actual work at my job while posting here daily go to lunch around 11 or 12 and I get an hour for lunch, if I don't eat at the place and bring it back to the office I don't have to clock out Fuck around and work and play here the rest of the day go home at 3pm or 4:30pm This is only 5 days a week Mon-Fri The weekends are wild and could be any number of hours to get up and sleep, or parties, short distance travelling etc...
We're getting an elliptical machine soon along with some weights to incorporate a workout in the eve or morning, more than likely evenings. I'm trying to cut down on sugar, been pretty good about lately.
