Do you have loss of taste/smell?
I've twice now since January had an illness that has all symptoms other than that one, and without trying to move mountains, I haven't been able to find a place that'll test me.

Fortunately, almost 2 weeks. I'm using the Marik COVID-19 Protocol since as long as its available, 6 months or so, taking all the non-Rx supplements in correct doses (exception: 5000iu D3 and 2x 1000mg Vit C, I'm a big boy)

Asante maybe look up breathing exercises, I seen a video at the start of covid where some really old guy caught it on a cruise, and in the hospital they told him that if his oxygen drops any lower they were going to vent him, he worked in a hospital before and he said most people put on vents dont pull through, so this scared him, so he started doing some breathing exercise he knew all day and his oxygen went up and he didnt need to be vented, he said the name of the exercise and where to find instructions online but that was months ago I seen the video and I dont remember what it was

Shit. I go to the grocery an/or dollar store probably 4-5 times a week.
Also, my parents are old and super religious, and my dad has Parkinson's. Last Sunday their church started their usual services (twice on Sundays) They insist on going, and I can't let them go alone. My dad can barely walk. About a third of them were'nt wearing a mask. We sit over in the wing to minimize contact, but it's a small building with about 100 people in it singing their stupid little hearts out and aerosolizing any viruses they might have everywhere. I keep my mask on through the entire service, but my parents take theirs off.
Makes me wonder how many lives I would save by burning the place down, except they would just find another, larger church to crowd into.
Stupid fucking Christians. I hate them so much.

Tey gave my dad one of these when he was in the hospital last year. It's a breathing exercize machine. It's supposed to decrease your chances of getting Pneumonia.

DC had a 7 day average of 38 new cases a day, but thanks to Donald Trump and the White House there were 105 new cases today. The White House is likely the number one source of community spread in DC for the entire pandemic so far.

asante, the zinc is in the form of lozenges, right? around 22ish mg per lozenge? it's better taken in that form, like in Zicam - just suck on the nasty thing (no crunching, no cheating!) and don't swallow anything, even water, for 15 minutes afterward, to allow the zinc ions to coat your throat area.
repeat every few hours for best results. those things really do work miracles, but the entire point is not as a mere pill - you're basically coating your throat with the ions to kill the lil microbial buggers and reducing the viral load directly that way.
they do taste a bit awful sometimes, and gritty, and you do want to just chew the things and get it over with, but endure! they really do reduce the severity of symptoms and duration of colds and flues by a noticeable amount. i've had my typical week and a half colds go down to about 3-4 days of mild symptoms with those things, instead of the usual misery i always get.
they are by far the first thing i always buy first now for sickness, even before cold medicine, because they're just so damn noticeably effective, especially after a day or so. just be sure not to take that much zinc for more than several days in a row if possible - it's not a preventative measure. taking that much zinc for prolonged periods of time can lead to copper deficiency eventually, though several days is fine - just don't make it your new daily habit. ;p

Well well well!
I had my COVID Test Results a day earlier than anticipated.
Covid test: Negative.
The physician explained that especially now, people are gripped by flu way stronger than ordinarily because they have been indoors so much and therefore their resistance to infections decreased. He compelled me to GET MY FLU SHOT since I had had such a severe reaction to a common respiratory infection and to GET OUT MORE to build resistance.
tl;dr - Asante is Covid-free.

Huh, kinda good news/bad news. You're loading up on supplements that should bolster you against respiratory infections and some peewee league bug got you down. Not a good sign.
