This new-ish data is showing that only 3 out of 10 of the chinese K95 masks actually meet the filtration levels they claim.

I definitely wouldn't rely on them if you're looking for protection.
NIOSH N95's are becoming a lot easier to get, but even with those it can be tough to 100% verify their authenticity. I got these, 10 for $45, the seal is great and the material seems legit so I'm just hoping they do the trick.

Please remember to plan your flu shot carefully; we may have a longer season.
I had covid in Mar and have been long hauling since. I'm 99% I just got reinfected but it didn't do anything this time around but clog me up and kill my smell a week. Almost killed me the first time around. World has gone crazy. Holy fuck.
We spent months distributing masks and food and hygiene supplies, probably north of $15k, and however many sleepless nights. And people cant wear one to go shopping. Jesus christ.

1860s Germ Theory is not proof that viruses spread from person to person, or even that they exist outside of the body without deliberately being extracted. Here in these cases, bodily fluid samples are extracted from influenza carriers and then exposed to healthy individuals.

I'm sorry to hear that. Really. For yourself you shouldn't fret. I mean it. If you have been keeping up with the news, they haven't really mentioned Kary Mullis or RT-PCR at all. I don't know anyone new who has it but my friend in LA has still not fully recovered from it and he is in great shape, or he was, its been like several months of no working out for him because he still has numerous health issues after covid which almost killed him, twice. But he's not dead yet so thankfully virus deniers say he doesn't count. His quality of life is diminished though.

Dr John Campbell discusses more about vitamin D3 and COVID, as will as epidemologic science, and in doing so accidentally doxxes Dr Fauci:
But seriously, People you need to be on Vitamin D3 in the thousands of units per day.
Dr John Campbell takes 2000IU (50mcg) himself, Dr Fauci even 6000IU (150mcg).
I guess thats the target range for adults, especially in colder areas, with less sun exposure and darker skin.
I myself am on 5000IU for more than half a year now.

Blood tests for vitamin D levels are usually pretty cheap or even free through your insurance if you come up with the right reason to have them done. Their isn't much research into long term supplementation above the daily tolerable (different than recommended) upper intake level of 4000 IU. Typically if you're deficient your doctor will have you load up on 50000/wk or so for a period of weeks, checking your blood levels periodically and bringing you down to a maintenance dose when your levels are good.
If people don't want to get their levels checked I'd at least make sure you're getting enough vitamin K (K2 specifically), as in theory it helps prevent arterial calcification, hypercalcemia or kidney stones/issues that can occur from raised calcium levels due to excess vitamin D. No one knows how much or how long these issues take to develop, and though they're likely rare from reasonable doses it's probably different for everyone, especially if you're not deficient in the first place. Vit D helps calcium absorption, but K2 helps make sure it's absorbed in the right places. K2 aids in blood clotting though, so taking too much also may have some risk when dealing with a virus that is known to lead to blood clots. Supplementation is rarely 1+1=2.
My routine for a while has been 20 minutes of sun per day, or supplement with 5000IU and 100mg K2 if I have 2 days in a week without getting sun. This keeps my levels around 40ish ng/ml.

We have universal healthcare yes but no point in filling a $15 prescription for something thats $2 in every store, including supermarkets. Get your own vit D3 :P

Did he give you a dosage recommendation?
It sucks that there's not more research, some doctors don't believe in supplementation at all, others aren't even close to each other on the amount they recommend. That's why testing yourself every 6 months or so is ideal, to see if you need to increase/lower the dosage. Some people likely only need 800IU or so to maintain, while others might need 10k for awhile to get their levels right.
I somehow ended up on a chiropractors mailing list and he was spamming out emails telling people to take 25,000IU a day to prevent COVID. Conveniently he sold the "most bioavailable" brand on the market right out of his office
