I'm really interested in the work these guys have done and just wandering if anyone knows some other great psychedelic activists/natural medicine activists that do some great work but are not as known about like the guys mentioned in the title?
Just curious to delve into as many of these guys as possible so I can compare their work and see if they all agree on the same things or not.
Anything is appreciated, links to studies or some good sources for this stuff are also very welcomeđ

If you're into podcasts, check out Adventures Through the Mind with James Jesso. Lots of various topics with some respected peoples with psychedelic influences.
Also, Psychedelics Today has had some good guest.

I would suggest you order and read this. ASAP.

It's fantastic. Really goes in depth with many behind the scenes individuals who have dedicated their lives and careers to psychedelics, and the benefits of said psychedelics.
There's credible people out there right now, from professors at the University level, to renowned psychologists, doctors, scientists, and even a former George W. Bush drug administration guy who are leading a movement, as we speak, to eliminate the stigma around psychedelics and to maybe even one day legalize them.

Oh, you Pollanators.
I applaud Pollan for his work exposing psychedelics to a large audience. Though, some of his languages used has 'stuck' and in some groups has become some sort of trend or fad, what difference it makes.
I bought it for my mom to read and she got lost when he was going through psychedelic history, not recognizing names or datess.

I enjoyed this book.
As well as The Psychedelic Experience based on Tibetan book of the dead and dying. It set straight some of my own mystical experiences.
Edit. Especially when discussing bardos.

None of them have ever put forward an idea that benefits anyone other than themselves. Change my mind.

Not directly related to psychedelics but Robert Sapolsky has a series of lectures on Stanfordâs youtube channel. Really changed how I view human behavior and how I judge people. The one abut the limbic system is my favorite

I feel the same way about spongebob.
He was a verbose degenerate that made the world a worse place, by perpetuating the stereotypes associated with psychedelic usage.
His brother has done actual research though, so hat's off to him.

I too enjoyed spongebob! I do recall Terence saying " It beats honest work" pertaining to his career. I believe he created botanical dimensions which was intended to preserve and research plants but i cannot find any evidence that they did anything other than receive donations. I believe "verbose degenerate" is a 100 percent accurate description of Terence. I would be interested in hearing why you think he has done damage to psychedelics and why stereotypes are so bad, if you're not trolling. I'm always down to entertain a different point of view. Good to meet you blewmeanie
