TOR/onion help?

Hey guys,
Have recently downloaded TOR for iPhone and was hoping to have a browse around on a few websites. However when ever I click a website I get stuck on the CAPTCHA and it doesn’t load. Does anybody know how to fix this? I’ve attached a pic so you can see where I’m stuck!
Thanks

If you're trying to locate markets, try the url dark.fail and use the links to access the various markets.

you need to turn the security down to be able to do captchas, but that defeats the purpose of TOR if javascript and stuff can track you

He's already using it on a phone, which defeats the purpose.
dark.fail is the way though.

dont use tor on the phone for anything close to what you're trying to do now. you are being tracked and monitored by every single app on your phone. tor browser is okay'ish on the phone for some things, but what you're trying to do now is a really bad idea. Use TAILS or at the very least a linux OS running virtualbox with tails. even that is subpar if you dont know what you're doing its sure as shit better than iphone and tbb

NEVER visit a clearnet URL from a torified connection without explicitly making a connection to https otherwise you open yourself up to attack by malicious exit nodes. if you just type dark.fail your browser will likely make the connection over http first, followed by redirecting to https. and if you're unlucky enough to use a malicious exit node you just got got.

The pessimist in me says most exit notes are controlled these days, but I have zero evidence to back that up.
Also, yes, Tails is the way. Setup that first time can be a bit of a trick, but once it's cooking theres nothing better.

even if that is the case if you use https they at least cant see what data you're sending but they can see who you are talking to. as long as you're careful and always use https you should be fine.

Honestly, tails is kind of overkill for most use-cases imo and can lead to a false sense of security among inexperienced users.
But holy shit, for the love of god, don't try to use tor for anything even remotely illegal on a phone. Especially not a fucking iphone. Tor isn't some silver bullet that magically makes you anonymous, and treating it like that is going to get you arrested.
(Edit: Just to clarify, I'm not saying that there's anything wrong with tails, just that imo it can be a disproportionate amount of work to set up for the level of additional security it provides)

if you're using a linux distribution then I would be inclined to agree, you are probably okay with what OP seeks to do. But if you are on windows than definitely not. Tails can I guess give a false sense of security, but it does a really good job at making sure you dont shoot yourself in the foot with dns leaks and shit.
