He's arguing that objectively, kyle broke the law. So did guigino, but again breaking curfew law, in my opinion, is just in itself.
Ok, so you're arguing that it was 'just' for Rittenhouse to violate curfew? (yes, you confirm that later in your post)
Quote:
natedawgnow said: Guigino also didnt shoot 3 people in pursuit of breaking curfew. Bad example and highly intellectually dishonest dude.
That's completely irrelevant to koods' argument, and is intellectually dishonest on your part.
Koods argument was that it doesn't matter if Rittenhouse was acting in self defense because he shouldn't have even been there in the first place. I'm saying the same is true of Gugino. If he hadn't violated curfew in the first place, the police would never have pushed him.
Quote:
natedawgnow said: Regardless, all the right wingers here condemned guigino for busting his dome at the hands of police while breaking curfew, but defend kyle after killing 2 people while breaking curfew.
Do you not see an issue with this insane double standard?
The issue I see is with you make believing things again.
The right wingers here didn't condemn Guigino for busting his dome. They condemned him for not leaving the square after being ordered to do so by the police.
They're also not defending Rittenhouse for killing 2 people. They're saying he may possibly have a case for self defense, as the lawyer in this video agrees.

Who cares what changed on paper. The fact is the guy was railroaded for trying to do the right thing. Reporting excessive force and abuse of powers

Dude there's been multiple posts in favor of kyle.
One poster even said they would pay his defense costs if they had the cash.
Vahn said he would do the same thing kyle did. Now youre in here lying about the extent multiple people have gone to defend kyle's murder of 2 people

Right-wingers are doing more than defending Rittenhouse for killing 2 people. They're celebrating him.

How do you explain the major reforms that happened with the LAPD that was a direct result of the riots in the 90s ?
Or the stonewall riots
Or the Boston tea party
Or the labor riots at the turn of the last century

Dude violating curfew doesn’t give the police the right to brutality treat citizens

For real dude.
One man was accosted by police for being in a spot literally minutes after announcing curfew.
Another man drives to a place for the purpose of participating in a riot where he kills 2.
Fal thinks it's appropriate to compare the 2 as if guigino is on par with kyle even though one is a case of police brutality and one a case of right wing vigilante justice.
Seriously fucked up case of bad faith debate.

I don't think a push of someone who got too close to them is brutally treating citizens, but I guess a jury gets to decide.

The video VERY CLEALY shows the guy was walking towards the police after they announced curfew, he wasn't "being in a spot". That's bad faith on your part.
And saying that defending private property from rioters is "participating in a riot" is also bad faith.

You specifically said you would push someone too close to you.
We are specifically talking about an incident in which a cop, a public servant, pushed an old man too close to him.
Your statement was obviously in defense of the cops decision to push. Thus it may easily be implied that you are ok with pushing an old man to the ground.
Youre a fuckin bully, dude. Make believe my ass anyone can read the conversation right in front of them.

Lol, id argue that compared to the past, there's less police brutality, less violence and less racism than ever before. The fake news (((media))) is responsible for everything that's happening

Ok? Whats your point? That we should condone the current amount of police brutality because it's better than before? Holy fuck
If we thought that same way about medicine, industrial achievement, scientific advancement, etc we'd still be in the dark ages because all those things were better in the dark ages compared to the bronze age.
Also your nod to antisemitism is pretty telling

Because you said: what a world we live in now.
Implying things are worse now than before, which couldn't be further than the truth. Who owns the media and who is responsible for the fake sensationalized news thats dividing America right now?
