colonization issues / wet bag / slime mold? o__o

dear community,
i recently purchased 4 grain bags from a shroomery sponsor (not sure if we are allowed to name) along with a number of other products, shipping and communication were great and vendor seems trusted.
I knocked 3/4 bags - and placed them in a clean controlled environment (held at 75-78 degree F).
bag 1 - b+ bag 2 - PE uncut bag 3 - AA+
within 3 days b+ started to colonize, looks great, very strong looking mycelium on front and back of the bag. The other 2 have yet to produce anything after over 7 days.
I have re knocked the PE and placed AA+ solution from sticker onto agar plate divided into 4 section (3 days ago) to be certain and use against my control group (grain).
The agar plate might be forming for mycelium but is to hard to tell at this point if its mycelium or white slime mold. I do not suspect slime mold as its forming where i applied solution and was done in a very sanitized manner. and unless vendors hand made contact with solution then it is likely not slime mold.
bag 2 (PE) still has no signs of mycelium.
I realize that it is possible that the stickers were not quality but they came from a trusted vendor in the community who i will not name at this time. with that said, i know stickers are not perfect and its possible that spore content was not sufficient and not necessarily a fault of the vendor.
as a result i am only 1/3 satisfied with the current results of my project. so i have decided to introduce more variables.
I ordered a bag of grain from a different vendor HOWEVER, this bag is noticeably moist, where as my first 5 bags were clearly dry.
I also intend to make some PF tek jars, liquid culture and get some UB bags.
I have a grip of stickers and prints i can experiment with as well so interested to catalog various results.
questions.
- is it possible the dry bags (first 4 i ordered) may be preventing or delaying colonization due to lack of moisture?
- if so is their a solution to this.
- am i potentially being impatient with colonization after 7 days.
I can potentially provide pictures if that would be more helpful, if so please let me know what of.
I feel i have followed directions to a T per what i have found from the shroomery and reddit community.
any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Ok so you ordered pre sterilize so that's always a gamble.can the grains in the spawn bag dry out yes they can. Your temps are to high for spawn bags put your temps at 70-72. If you knocked up the bags with a spore syringe it could take 10 days for the spores to even germinate. If you want to post pics always help. Also spore syringes to qt jars is a gamble let alone to spawn bags Side note stay off reddit for info
