Sudly Appreciation Thread * 1
    #26903559 - 08/28/20 06:28 AM (3 years, 4 months ago)

we have a slight gap in appreciation thread startings.
so...
here, we acknowledge this deep thinking, deep feeling member of the PS&P.

https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/26903475#26903475
Sudly has conceived of systems that rival 19th and 20th century literary genius's. biophysical systems, philosophical systems and paranormal ideas as well.

I admit some apparent contention in the past, but only to egg him on to further discovery, and to let go of old notions which have accumulated stiffness or fragility.

let us continue the appreciation thread tradition now with Sudly.

I honestly love Sudly, his posts are generally always a pleasure to read and I can follow his thinking as he goes from this thought to that thoughtpath elucidating this thing of that thing quite easily.  A coherent and competent poster.

Someone whom I imagine I would love talking to irl - and those conversations would be productive and wholesome.  I can’t say the same for everyone.  Also, Best sense of humor on PS&P imho.

So here’s to dear old Sudly!  Not shrouded in darkness, wholesome, clarifying, seeking to unify, and goes boldly where others dare not go - for the well-being of all, let there be well-being for sudly.

And in honor of following the tradition (trailblazing here) of appreciating various members - the song that follows & echoes off of his digital footprint (prints , I might add, that are shaped like a lotus flower - must be hard to walk with feet like those!  But he does, amazingly!)  wherever he goes....

What about me? Nobody ever appreciates me...nobody likes me. I do my best to make everybody focus on me but they don't. It make me cry... Someday when I'm gone you'll realize how important I was...

You know, thanks RGV, I really do like the shroomery, it's helped me delve into ideas and etch a clearer view of life, it's like a psychological work out in my opinion and the growth I've seen of myself and others is a wonderful thing.

If I was to make a speech it probably wouldn't be from Mussolini, but at least the power is there in his.

In earnest, I do my moderate best to eviscerate ignorance, however that comes across. I've tried to be more understanding in my combative nature and I would thank you personally for being that bounce back for numerous ideas.

There are some characters in here I've seen, some are loose, some are rubbery.
Although they don't have many posts, yellow pants to me has seemed as someone similar to me, at least they have that kind of precision I appreciate and the attempt to understand from an engaging and somewhat more realistic viewpoint, imo.

Laughingdog has always been there and contributed a lot to my development too, although the disagreements in foundational beliefs seems a wider chasm there.

Loaded shaman has been a fellow contributor for some time too, but I'm blanking a bit on similarities.

If I'm going to go with the good, I'll also go with some bad, in my personal view Markos is Narcissus incarnate.

All that aside, I'll appreciate someone more thoroughly in time, for now I'd like to share my mood a bit, it's been good day.

You have been combative at times... but that's what debate is about. At the same time, you've never stuck out as such. More a call it as you see it kind of person. I have trouble remembering specific on your stances in the past, unlike the more colorful personalities that have gone out of their way to hammer the same ideas over and over. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but you seem pretty easy going for whatever edge you have.

That's not necessarily a bad thing either, just a style. Although, it's probably indicative of inner turmoil. Although, the absence of such doesn't indicate the opposite...:lol:

I mean if you were used to a delicate kind of soup with fine vegetables and duck meat, only to get a bowl of diareah, I'd expect to speak up about it.

This is usually what I'm on about.
