Contamination or Metabolites? [Re: Pastywhyte]

This is using rye berries and trying my best to keep everything as sterile as possible. Noticed these spots on 3 of the 6 jars after about 2 weeks of colonization.
In looking through the forum's photos of contamination types it looks like it could be slime however I saw something suggesting they might just be metabolites.
Does anyone have an opinion? Thank you kindly people.

I Injected a few cc of H202 3% into the affected area of the jar and then froze them for 24 hours then put them back to room temp and the mold died and the myc grew over the effected area and then went onto 100% colonize the jar.
the mold was about 1 inch diameter at the start of the treatment
Honestly, thats not how it works. If you see mold in the grain jar you will cultivate mold after spawn. Do you have pics, id be interested to see it.

It’s convenient that you don’t post pics, seems in keeping with most of the H2O2 warriors. It’s against their code to take pics I guess or something.

I would say metabolites, But i could be wrong.
I would still use the jars but spawn them questionable ones in isolated shoeboxes so that if they do fail then it wont ruin a larger tub.

It works better if you put them in the microwave. It hyperactivates the H2O2, actually turning it into H2O3, which is obviously stronger because it has a higher number. The mycelium loves the extra O2 as well. They'll grow in a 100% CO2 atmosphere after a treatment like that. I've done it successfully many times. I don't post pictures either though.

I don't incriminate myself on the internet bro I'm not a fucking idiot. AI surveillance is real af.
What would I take a pic of anyways? a fully col jar? the shoebox tub its spawned in right now that is fully col with no contam?
Im just posting my experience man...... who the hell would post fake news about what I said?
maybe try it out for yourself? isnt this site about learning and trying new things?
Theres a whole thread about freezing for sterilization in the forums, lots of bacteria and mold die in freezing temps.

How does this look? I uploaded a picture of one of them to reddit (#2, was concerned about random fuzzy on top right side)and someone said looks like death (they were concerned about bottom left corner), sent these same pictures to a homie and he said its looking good but to come here to double check.

That looks alright, as much as I can see through a phone screen. you could probably have a done a better job leveling the surface. but yes, time will tell.

I got my first spawn bag that I’ve had for 5 weeks now (I didn’t cultivate it). I travelled for a week and after I came back, looks like my batch is fighting off a contamination, potentially mold? Also, I think they may have not had enough air initially because of the slow growth. Please see the pictures below. Is this looking salvageable?

Those are not contamed, they’re just suffocating in a choke bag.
