UK mushrooms, first time looking, ID please!

Hi, first time picker here, south UK. I know shrooms grow around here because my dad was a botanist and used to point out "fairy rings" to me as a kid (didn't know the significance back then...) I doubt I've struck gold my first time but who knows, thought I'd ask. The message pic at the end is the support chat from a grow kit website, but no idea if they knew what they were talking about. These were found on a patch of grass after some hot weather and then storms on 26th aug (2020 for future readers)
There's a common nearby where horses and cows graze, and a park with lots of woodchip next to it. I will look there at the weekend and report back.

Habitat: South UK, late august after sun and heavy rain, middle of grassy park
Stem: Length 3-5cm, diameter 3mm, color brown-white, thin
Cap: 0.5 -1.5 cm Spore print color: dark brown/black, see pics
Bruising: Hard to tell, see pics

I can't see any photos yet. You can upload directly to the site via this link.
Welcome to the Shroomery.

Look like deconica corophillia and inactive pans to me. I'm sure a trusted identifier will chime in soon and give you a more accurate answer than I can.

I was hoping they were Psilocybe Bohemica, which are common in the UK, and look the same with the same spore print, there were some larger ones that had gone flat/concave but I wasn't sure they were the same.

Been hunting in the UK for 20 years, never seen a single p.bohemica in that time.
Also I cant think of a time ive seen a positive i.d. of a p. Bohemica on this forum from the UK in the 12 years I've been a member. Seen a few from East Europe though. I may very well be wrong though.

Was probably a stoner working the phones of a call centre, it was just the support line of a grow shop

What varieties should I expect to find in the south of England?
These were just on the grass of a park. Going to cow/horse grazing fields and forest at the weekend. Any tips?

You wanna be looking for p. Semilanceata (liberty caps) in the habitats you are heading to.
It would also be prudent to research P. Cyanescens, although you've still got a month or two before ethey start showing their wavy little heads.
Other species may be found in the uk but they are few and far between. Best sticking to the 2 most common and easily identifiable.
Good luck dude, plenty of research will get you what your after.
Also, the season down south tends to start a couple of weeks after up north, so don't be disheartened if your seeing plenty of finds from up here and not finding any yourself, just have to wait for the right conditions.

sorry forgot to add, parklands can be fantastic picking spots, equal or better to livestock fields in my experience. My local spot is just a playing field, it doesn't get fertilised and no livestock, but I always come away with a good handful in season. Cricket pitches, golfcourses, bowling greens are all your friends too.
