Pseudonomas? Normal? Safe? Contamination Identification during Fruiting.

Hey guys, over quarantine I decided to see if I could make a small shoebox type dub tub and everything seemed pretty great, however in the past 48 hours a brown like “raw” substance appeared on my fruit’s stems. After some digging around I figured it might be pseudonomas but haven't seen any pictures so far into fruiting, mainly small pins and whatnot. From what i can gather if it is, the fruits should be safe to eat if dehydrated, but also I should cancel this tub after picking? Humidity was 80-85% on an analog hygrometer however i know those things can be unreliable at times, misted sparingly, maybe once every two days till beads were seen on top of sub. Substrate was damians 50/50 coir and verm boiled in a bucket. No liner was used and condensation does tend to buildup on the sides and when misted i never necessarily wiped the sides of the tubs either. I dont mind tossing this tub as it was just an out of boredom decision but dont want to waste it if its fine.

Update for anyone interested in the future with this situation: I decided to not immediately throw the tub away and masked/gloved up with a razor, sliced/stripped the stems with the orange brown looking parts out of curiosity. On the insides i ONLY noticed white flesh and they honestly looked ok I did however notice the smaller pins looked more affected by this contaminant and decided this tub should still be tossed but at least i was able to save some fruits for a rainy day afaik
If anyone could help ID this contaminant (if it even is) for people in the future itd be appreciated as I dont know either. I figure it might of been caused by high humidity from misting in a dub tub already at field capacity.

As your caps seem to look fine, i guess it could be verticillium (lecanicillium is the newer term). Safe to consume, just properly dry them. I always recommend to make some tea. Make sure to clean your tub.
