Microdosing - cant sleep

Greetings friends, Ive been micro dosing .3g every other day, first thing in the morning for a week. It seems to have an amazingly subtle but noticeable (very positive) effect on me. Attitude, flow, life, ability, problem solving, creativity... - very nice
It seems this small does gets inside and STAYS there, really behaving like medicine. I'm amazed! iT really seems to work well for me.
My question is twice in the time I could nt fall asleep, I would toss turn, think, and toss, turn & think some more. Its like Ive taken a massive amount of caffeine.
Ive tried my regular magnesium glycinate (great for sleep) - nothing, benedryl, nothing, Tylenol PM nothing... finally all that and eating something I can sleep - but I can feel my mind still racing.
Also worth noting I'm pretty physical during teh day so I think I should be able to fall asleep.
Anyone else have this? Ive searched the forums here - and actually no real results of not being able to sleep due to MD
Thanks!

I don't experience sleeplessness as a result of microdosing consistently, but, when I do (and it definitely does happen), cannabis helps tremendously.
If I'm on a tolerance break from THC and experience microdosing induced sleeplessness, I use those little Costco brand sleep aids, and they work well for me, too, but they make me feel groggy the next morning in a way that pot doesn't, so I don't prefer them.

Consume in the morning so it has time to burn off before nighttime.

Could be good to read the first sentence of OP's post before dispensing advice.

Try taking less. For most people .3 is a threshold dose, try taking .15g on the same schedule.

I currently take .3-.55 at 8am-8pm, Every time I had a gap in my regiment I have a few days-week till my body get use to it. However it normally is of no effect the shrooms make the night pass fast is pleasurable and not tiring.

Did the insomnia happen the night of a dose day?
If it's only happened twice in seven days, I wouldn't think it's being caused directly by your microdosing.

Like others have said, experiment with your dose level. 0.3g is the very limit of a microdose for me, it's really blurring the line as it sits on the threshold line. Personally 0.1-0.25 is my microdose range.
Have you tried something like lemon balm or melatonin before bed? Might be worth exploring.
