Recently inoculated PF jars (Penicillium?)

Hello everyone
I've tried to identify what looks to be early contamination at each entry point of my 10 jars. For this reason I presume the syringe to be the culprit but it would be helpful to know what I'm dealing with exactly.
Couldn't find a clear answer in the stickies, maybe I could reuse the jars at least if the general advice against reuse doesn't apply here?

My guess would be Penicillium sp. but tbh Idk... What ever it is it don't look like good myc. You can reuse the jars don't toss them, but that brf is no good toss that... Just sanitize the jars well and try again. Did you flame sterilize the needle before each jar? you may have pushed in contamination one way or another.

The pictures in the thread you linked are more conclusive than the ones I saw, should be correct. Yeah, the mix is good for nothing, but I'm afraid of getting more contaminants in the air though when emptying them? ...
In that case I would probably empty, clean with dish soap + vinegar following up with lysol and then dish soap again? Maybe I should do some research on cleaning.
Inoculation happened inside a SAB, sides sprayed with 1 drop dish soap +1 liter water, 70% (selfmade from 90%) alcohol sprayed at the stuffs and mostly my hands, syringe sterilized (glowing orange, probably around 600C) before each jar.
Can't find out where I went wrong unfortunately.
Edit: I've read up a little on cleaning and fuck it. No PC, no "outside" and no interest on risking my health for 7 Euros. Investing in Agar instead to find out what's wrong.

I just dump contaminated jars outside and wash with soap and water. Unless you have spotted black mold or something so gross you don’t wanna mess with it then I’d toss the jar but I wouldn’t waste too much time worrying about disposal just dump the cakes in the trash right before you take it out if you don’t have an ‘outside’
If each jar is the same it’s probably the syringe. They’re rarely 100% clean and though it’s usually bacteria you’ll get some with mold spores in them as well. Agar is definitely the way to go and spore prints are a lot easier to use with agar than a syringe ime.
