take some proper prints let them sit for few hours. smushed semi print isnt super helpful however it does look brownish more then black so would say foe aswell. they grow close together so could have a mixed collection aswell. black spore prints tend to come from grass pans that have a little darker of a stem and little white scaly texture this is def not 100% just something i noticed.
I have recently learned of the noman dubium of cinctulus and several sp that are basically identical but active for the most part IF have black spores. foes can look pretty black but next to an actual black they are infact tinged brown.
anyhoo, take a proper print hold it next to black print should be black as black ink.. but my guess from cap smash is foe as has a brown tone to it.

take mushroom cap, place on white paper or foil for 3 hours. can cover with other paper or a cup to keep humidity up.. those look like they should drop nice prints tho regardless.
