I think many of us Americans are growing more and more tired of our government. I can't speak for everyone but that's how my friends and I feel. So a lot of people talk about moving to Canada because they want no part in the war and all the other bullshit going on now. Also I think some parts of Canada sound really hip like Vancouver for example. I was only in Canada once when I went to Banf (sp?) to ski the beautiful Canadian Rockies. What a beautiful country it is. I'll always love North America but the estalishment is becoming more and more corrupt. I always say that I'm gonna move to Canada if Bush gets reelected but I don't know if it's something I'd actually do. That election is coming up pretty soon already.

Yes, I defiantly can under stand that Kosmic. Plus Canada has good health care, I'd recommend living in Saskatchewan for the summer, and British Columbia for the Winter.

I'm torn between moving to Canada or moving to The Neitherlands.
The Neitherlands is more free and probably warmer.
Canada is closer to my friends and family and is more similar to America.

There are many drawbacks to living in Canada, we have sister divisions up there and it's not always greener on the other side of the border.

Best part about Canada is you can set up a small garden in your basement which will pay your mortgage bill and the worst that will happen to you if you're dumb enough to get caught is a fine. The limited resources the cops have for pot growing go towards busting commercial grows that steal electricity and they pretty much don't bother with small grows (unless they stumble onto them).
I don't know what would happen if an American got caught growing in Canada. They might throw you to the dogs at the border.

Canada is pretty cool, I've got no real complaints. What I've heard about Saskatchewan is that it's filled with strict older citizens with moronic ideals, and that is why their population decreases every year. I also hear they're much harsher on things like pot, and that it's like a nazi province. But this could all just be bullshit, so I was wondering if you could clarify what life is like there plz

saskatchewan is FLAT.
Thats all i know heh. Well i know that in alberta their is GST but no PST, its 7%. And alberta weed is juist as good as BC bud if you live in mountain town on the westren border like banff only problem is that its hella expensive. Theirs a job shoortage in BC i think for some jobs. Unless you a doctor or a nurse I guess.
Up north its cold and not many people really. Like the yukon and north west territorys.
From what i have seen people in canada are really nice.
Like if you bump into someone THEY say sorry.
Our TV sucks mega ball though.
I saw living in the rockeis in Alberta along the BC border is best .

Id prefer somewhere with a nicer climate, perhaps Belize or something. Canada is nice to visit but being from Michigan I cant imagine the weather being any better than what I have now. Im not one for snow or temps below 20?F so....
