I thought it might be fun to have a place where we discuss sudden epiphanies or bits of ancient wisdom that our plant teachers bring us
Such as; urges to eat healthier or exercise more, maybe you've been struggling with a breakup or tue loss of a loved one and they gave you perspective, or that the government has become treacherous and we need to form militias and stage a coup I'd love to hear the things you've learned

There is a spirit world. We can communicate with it. We always in contact with spirits, even if we don't notice. It's deep relationships.
You can use many words as a substitute for spirit. Gods, entities, sentient beings...

You are eternal cosmic consciousness. You'll be forever and always.
Death in this life is simple act of shedding skin by a snake.

That life is an illusion, a beautiful and often a hard illusion. That we are actually part of something that we cannot see nor understand right now. Therefore, it is ok that things do not always go our way. In the end we should try to make the best of the illusion while it lasts.

A lot of the above are revelatory experiences on the metaphysical/transcendental topic of death (and the contents of the possible thereafter). I think that those are great revelations, commonly associated with the "spirituality" of psychedelics.
But I also think that some of the more "practical" revelations are just as profound.
Mine are often to the tune of understanding the underlying psychological structures of oneself and why certain behavior manifest.
Long story short, one of my greatest revelations was this New Year where I had a trip that just felt like I was a child to the degree that everything ordinary filled me with wonder.
And I realized that the loss of this childlike wonder is cause for great suffering. So we, as an adult population, need to regain that in place of the resentment and bitterness we generally spread.
But a feeling (intuitive revelation I'd say) that is present in most trips and always moves me, is this overwhelming feeling of self-love.

realizing the oneness of our reality is always one my favorites. seeing the patterns in all of life & the universe reflected in ourselves is a very profound experience
most of my favorites have been a bit more mundane than that. the simple realization of how much i love my friends & family in my life was a nice one. made me really appreciate how much connections between humans means & how important it is to maintain & nurture those connections with people you love
the best i’ve ever had was probably my first acid trip. i finally came up, & was looking out my kitchen window & started crying because i has never felt such a profound peace. it was like someone turned the static off. i think that moment & that whole trip just helped me realize that i needed to take control of my agency & i needed to focus on doing things i found meaning & fulfillment in because life is too short to waste doing stupid bullshit
