I got like a sample pack of like 12 strains and so far it's been similar with most of them, but tbh I haven't been real disciplined with how I've been testing them, often mixing strains and colors, so I'll probably be limiting my consumption to one strain a day and see what works best.

Try different dosages too. 2g might give you a little buzz where 4-5g might help more with coping with your pain. You can go higher after you get used to it, while you find the dose (and strain) that works for you.

I take doses closer to 20-40g though
Considering the broad spectrum of activity that tramadol has and it being super notorious for causing seizures even for people that have never had a seizure before....
....and considering kratom's broad spectrum of activity and some people claiming they've had seizures from it....
...and considering you're taking absolutely massive doses of kratom...
....and considering you're on what is a pretty damn big dose of tramadol (pretty sure that's the maximum daily dose that can be prescribed)....
.....and considering you mentioned something about you already having seizures in your OP....
....Considering all of that, I feel you taking huge doses of kratom on top of your huge doses of tramadol is an absolutely terrible idea. Sounds like one is just begging to have a seizure.
Nothing about that is "safe" at all. Terrible idea.
I took 100mg of tramadol a few days ago and I wouldn't even take my usual daily 2g dose of kratom at all that day because of the potential risk of seizures (and I've never had a seizure before)....And here you are, one who is already prone to/experiences seizures, taking 300mg of tramadol and wanting to dose 20g to 40g of kratom on top of it .
Sounds like a terrible idea unless you don't mind seizing up .

It's sad that you dislocate an arm and they're like don't give em that Vicodin. In my accident I dislocated my arm back and forth 3 times, which become an atypical dislocation. They said I was trying to get drugs so they wouldn't even give me an xray for 5 years while I told them I was suffering. I boxed through the pain for 3 years and relocated my own shoulder on a door frame at some point before the surgery. They said my shoulder was completely disconnected from my arm all those years. Then after I got it fixed I had a seizure and destroyed it badly. Now I have 5 anchors in there and it causes a lot of pain . Point is I know how shitty this can be and I'm sorry my friend
