Dislocated shoulders, tramadol, and kratom

Hey all, I miss you so much.
I took a good amount of Kratom this morning and then a little while later my arm popped out of its socket. This already happen once this week when I had my seizure.
I went to the ER. Immediately. the pain was horrible After the put it bacwk in its socket they prescribed me some Tramadol.
It was 300mg worth in 50mg pills I took four of them immediately and one later. I got sleepy and passed out and just woke up. I took the one Tramadol I had left just now.
So I'm on 300 mg of Tramadol and feeling kind of nice. What would happen if I added some kratom? I take it almost everyday. Would it kill the Tramadol buzz? Or enhance it?
Anyways enough about me. I would love to hear how your day went oh, I miss the shroomery quite a bit. I'm hitting my vape pens and smoking some loud and giggles

I think the tramadol and kratom will fight for the same recptors, I wouldnt risk the tramadol losing and kratom somewhat killing your buzz, wait for the tramadol to wear off before dosing the kratom

How long does the tramadol last? Do I wait for the high to just wear off before I take kratom or do I want to wait until it's totally out of my body question?

I dont know much about opiates, I only took them once when I broke both arms in an unfortunate smelting skateboard accident, but I take kratom every day, I personally would take the kratom once the high wears off

kratom is safe, tramadol lowers the seizure threshold, and also I dont like the high, next time they try and offer me tramadol I am going to tell them it makes me depressed cause it fucks with my serotonin and demand tylenol 3's
plus tramadol withdrawal made me rage, I was getting really angry at everything, usually nothing bothers me much

hate to break it to ya bud but even though mitragynine isn't an "opiate" by the technicaly definition of an opiate, it IS an opioid by the definition of an opioid.
I've formed and broken many kratom habits. it is a habit forming drug unfortunately. no, it isn't as bad as heroin. it's probably not even as bad as vicodin. but it's still a habit forming opioid

we don't have much research on kratom gopher but it probably lowers the siezure threshold too and potentially as a result of the same mechanism, the same end result of different mechanisms: elevated monoamine neurotransmitters.
Gorlax in the Viral Thread went on a whole story a few weeks back about how he had a seizure after taking kratom and he swears up and down that the kratom had nothing to do with it but it wouldn't be the first time I've heard an anecdotal report of kratom resulting in a seizure. we just have a lot more history/documentation of evidence with tramadol
I do understand that kratom has a different feel to it than pure opioid drugs do. I got to the point where I didnt care much at all for pure opioids, they just made me feel sleepy, itchy, and dumb, but I still loved kratom. it was something about the combination of monoamine stimulation and opioid activity combined that just made me feel very motivated. i wanted to run, work out, study, go socialize. in many ways the stuff powered me through school, made me more focused than most of my classmates. that lasted for a long time. eventually i just had to take the stuff to stop being sick though

I always hear that, but I've never had an issue, and I've been taking it on and off for years and years. If I'm taking it daily, and I stop, I'll get a little sleepy for a day or two, but that's it.
I keep my dosage pretty low, usually around 3 - 4 grams, so maybe it's just a matter of how much someone is taking. The highest it's ever been was maybe 7 or 8.

Yes, taking some kratom will enhance its effects. When I got some Tramadol awhile back, I combined the two of them all the time until I used up all my Tramadol. It has to be one of my favorite drug combos of all time. I think Tramadol is meh by itself, but when its combined with kratom it becomes great. Also, when I take kratom by itself, I can never get to a nod, but when I take it with Tramadol, I'm able to reach an awesome nod that feel amazing. So, I say go for it.

i used a 4 day suboxone taper to quit kratom a couple years back. I had been taking probably 35grams a day. I'd get incredibly sick for many days on end when I stopped. my doctor RX'd me a single 8mg sub and some clonidine. I cut into tiny little pieces and dosed them for the 4 days. it helped a lot. I was a little bit sick on says 5-6 but by day 7 I was perfectly fine.
the going on long term suboxone maintenance is a bad idea for anyone though IMHO.

That's wild. I can't imagine chugging down that much of it. I had 9g today, split across 2 doses, and that's 20 00 gelcaps. 100g would be like 220 gelcaps.

the going on long term suboxone maintenance is a bad idea for anyone though IMHO.
I take around 25g-35g a day just depending on the day, I always take 5 grams at a time, whenever I feel like it, about once every 1-2 weeks I give myself the wobbles trying to dose too many doses too close together
under normal circumstances I cant stop dosing longer then a few days, I just get intense urges to dose, but other then a runny nose and feeling tired I never noticed any serious withdrawals for me
a few months ago I did a 17 day fast but something was fucked up with this fast, a few days in I started to get nauseous all day, I kept thinking I just needed to sleep it off and I would be fine the next day but I never was
about 10 days into the fast the nasuea really was getting to me and I just naturally didnt want to dose any kratom, I went about 8 days without any, and didnt notice any withdrawal symptoms
its funny how it seems to effect everyone differently, with kratom theres two very polarizing groups, people who say its totally harmless and its like quitting coffee, and others who say its aweful and is like quitting pills
yeah I am very against suboxone, but a quick few day taper I gues dosnt hurt, the reason I hate the stuff is how hard it is too quit if you have been taking it awhile

I've taken tramadol and kratom together, they definitely have a potenciating effect and it's pretty pleasant. Not a fan of either alone.
I take kratom almost daily for chronic pain, but I got a batch from a new vendor that gets me high but doesn't take my pain away it's strong and I enjoy the feeling but since it makes me a bit slow and the point of using it is to get rid of pain I might pass on this vendor. It's really disappointing too, because he's the only guy who has decent prices here :/
Kratom is weid, my girlfriend took some of this stuff and 1.5 grams of it gave her an anxiety attack while 3 grams of it for me just made me feel a little tachichardia and that pleasant, chilled out feeling.
