maybe inocybe,  do they smell like sperm?

Cheers peeps!

I've chucked em out now so didnt give em a smell unfortunately (or maybe fortunately considering they probably smelt of spaff)

Is it worth doing any searching before the temps drop to 10 degrees? Its gonna be raining a fair bit over the next week or so, but only going as low as 11-13 degrees according to the weather report.

Good thing, they are very toxic.

I guess if they've already started fruiting in your area you might find some in well shaded places  even if it is still a bit too warm.
We had a cold spell in July here in Norway which set them off fruiting abundantly in certain places, then the heat came back upon
us and even if it closes upon 30 degrees in the afternoons I still see some popping up here and there.

They’re out in Dartmoor! Found these three the other day. Walked for about an hour and spotted them on the way back to the car.
Hopeful for a nice long, fruitful season this year. I think we all deserve it.  :sunny:  :slapbillgates:

Nothing in East Yorkshire so far. Might have a bike out later, we've had tons of rain the past few days.

Out way past Glasgow and the fields are getting better each day. Out walking the dog and came across these tasty treats.

More signs of life in central scotland, Glasgow. Might have hauled more but the grass had recently been cut in the area but these were around the edges. If temps dip and the rain keeps up hopefully there will be lots more fruiting in a couple of weeks. Was surprised to find any in August to be fair. Hopefully a good season awaits

One should not be at all surprised to find libs in the Peak district in mid-late July, weather (rain) permitting. Their season starts much earlier than most people believe.

Is there anyone from South Wales +- Cardiff area who can advice where to look without going too far away in the Valleys?

Also, how potent lib caps are? Like how many of them would you need to take roughtly to have a trip equivalent to 4-5 dried grams of home cultivated ones?

I have never hunted for mushrooms before, so appreciate any advice I can get

Found just the solitary one yesterday in Greater Manchester after seeing people on here having luck and having a good few dreams about finding them this week (always a good sign).
Still a bit warm yet but I think within the next few weeks there'll be plenty, saw hundreds of round heads in a couple of new spots too so I'm excited to see if they'll be good for libs!

They vary in potency, but generally I'd suggest somewhere between 2.5 to 3 dried grams for quite an intense trip.

I had 0.7g last year of libs and was tripping balls. Not quite in space, but I can't imagine how hard I would have tripped on even 2g
