Yes it says PP5 meaning polypropylene, which is A-OK for the PC. I would maybe do a 1/2 pint cake in grated into those. You should also look into shoebox tek. It's small but a good size for multiples

Hmm interesting. Yeah I suppose they could work for that as long as it has a hole for GE. Might work! But half pint jars are pretty easy to find just go to ACE/Walmart/Target I'm sure they have some somewhere. Or amazon.

Well I may have to look on amazon for them but I'm pretty sure there was a tek on it here but I think they use ziploc containers.
My biggest worry is the lids melting in the PC cause the PP5 symbol wasn't on the lids and I would really hate to start from scratch but worst case use it as a mini shoe box lol.

Not sure about Pillsbury but I tell you the only ones I use after the threads failing on the Walmart brand and another cheapo brand: Ziploc.  Every time.  I have 4, 8, 16, and 32oz Ziploc containers I've ran dozens of times and they're still as they were.  Still prefer jars but I use them for overflow and projects and I can personally vouch for them being as good as the generic brands are bad.  Check your Ace Hardware and Targets and all the quirky places for jars and Google "8oz mason jars near me" to see if there are any holdouts hiding nearby.  Pricey online now (24.00 per case of 12 on Amazon), but near me in bumfuck AK I can get them for 13.0 a dozen.  Still, Ziploc TwistnLocks are a fine cheap starter and they're smooth on the inside.
