Two different species are displayed here.
Species #1:

Closeup of gills:

Closeup of roots:

Detail of bruising:

Photo after left out to dry for a day:

Habitat: Found growing indoors in a large pot of fertile soil, under a jasmine vine, near the ceiling, very warm and damp.
Gills: Dark brown.
Stem: Whitish, fragile, slightly enlarged at base. 2.5 to 4.5cm in length, about 1mm in thickness
Cap: Light brown to gray, ridged like gills when fresh, .5 to 2 cm wide, umbrella shaped with round brown point in the center.
Spore print color: Unsure
Bruising: Bruises dark brown to black
Location: Austin, TX, USA

Species #2:
 *note, only looks wet because I washed the soil off of it.

Gills: Reddish brown.
Stem: Whitish, fragile, enlarged at base. 7.5cm in length.
Cap: Warm light brown, smooth, 1.5 cm wide, pointed top that's slightly darker brown
Spore print color: Unsure
Bruising: Bruises darker brown
Location: Austin, TX, USA

Species 1 is either parasola or coprinopsis. Hard to tell in that condition.
Species 2 looks to be conocybe.

The first one I'd agree could be either of the two, my initial reaction was ink cap but could be a parasol too. They seem to be degrading like Coprinopsis do but I am no expert, for sure. Good luck with the ID they are interesting none the less.

You should generally not apply water when cleaning mushrooms of dirt, since the added moisture will both change the appearance of the mushroom, making it look viscid or slimy when it's not, but also because the decaying process is speeded up.
