Bugs getting into my fruiting room

So recently I have found a small cockroach(waterbug?), A small knat, a fly, and a small beetle in my fruiting room. It began shortly after starting fruiting with my 6500k bulbs going on. I'm getting paranoid that they are going to fuck up my beautiful little guys. Any advice on how to stop them?
Or am I just being paranoid?

I actually went on a 30 minute hide and seek game with a roach that was in there last night. Proud to say I smooshed him but he was a evasive little bastard. Yeah I thought about sticky strips that would work with the ground bugs but what about aerial insects? I don't particularly want to have one of those long dangling fly trays in the middle of the room

Id be more worried about the roach making babies. Those things multiply by the millions.

I ended up spraying some neem oil mixed with rosemary extract around the door as its supposed to work well as a deterring mix. I'm hoping that will help out or i'm gonna have to go on a de-bug spree
