Pleurotus Pulmonarius fruiting in agar before expand

Hello Guys and Girls, I would like to know if someone has seen this going on before:
Recently i’ve cutted a few pieces of a big pulmonarius mushroom that i’ve grown and put them into agar, to make a clone, because all of my LCs of this strain have been lost. The thing is, its been less than 5 days and the 2 little pieces are starting to FRUIT. Or it seems to be. How is that even possible? The mycelium didnt have the chance to expand and grow in the agar, and i know its not agar’s fault because i maded a big batch of PDA and all the others bottles are fine, which have other clones of others strains.
So, do you think i can still wait for the mycelium to grow and then transfer to another agar or to a master grain jar? Or what?
Thank you

Is there some mold on the far side?

I imagine it will spread as mycelium when it's done fruiting, the only problem being if you get spores - you may then no longer have a clone but a new strain.
Or you could try taking another sample to a new dish and keeping it at a different temperature to avoid fruiting.
It's not uncommon for stuff to fruit on agar, but yeah that is rather quick. Sometimes the mushroom does what it wants

So, i tried to get spores but the foil was still wet from the alcohol i suppose and the cap didnt print as it should. I guess its lost.
The thing is that its DAMN COLD here, (8 C or 46 F), not the temperature for colonization i assume, probably this caused it to fruit. But i found it very weird.
Anyway, i’ll post some pictures of the progress, if i have any.
Thank you

Cold, eh? even more odd since pulmonarius is a warmer fruiter for oysters
