Okay, so I finally got my blower and I received my filter in the mail. I had a lot of help from Rapjack and trippy times to figure out the blower's resistance vs the filter.
The only problem I have is that this thing doesn't have a plug or anything... Does anyone know how to wire this thing up? Also does anyone know a good 2x2 prefilter?
There is going to be a little resistance added on when I put the prefilter in, but I still believe the blower will stand up to it.
Thanks for everyone's help!
It's no problem glad to help. Btw wiring is pretty simple mine came with three wire's black white and green. I just went to the supply store and picked up a 7' cut of three wire and a plug in head. <= Sorry don't know the terms. But wire it with matching colors if red is in there that matches with white. When you do the plug that's where it gets funky correct me if I'm wrong but the white wire goes to the fatter end of the plug the little end goes to the black and the green is the bottom plug us ally it's round.
Also this is a good time to mod your box I want to install another outlet into my hood box for phone charger or for a lamp. It allows you to have that extra close plug.

Usually the cord end will tell you where the common wire (black), neutral wire (white), and ground wire (green) will usually have a symbol next to a green screw. It usually works out to be if the ground prong is on the bottom then the neutral is on the left as you plug it in. In the U.S.

Thank you for your tip!
So here is what I did:
I opened up the little gray box on the motor in the back of the blower and there was a white and black wire and on the inside there was another ground sticker and a small screw. I pushed the replacement cord through the hole, then connected the black and white wires in the cord to the wires that were coming out of the box. I also took the green ground and wrapped it under the small screw that was inside of the little box (which also had a ground symbol sticker on it) and screwed the wire from the cord under the small screw inside.

Here are pics of what I did:

as seen above, detaching the small box in the back

In this pic I took the black cord and pushed it through the hole on the right side, threaded through all three wires. White to white with a wire connector and black to black with a wire connector. The green wire from the replacement cord was connected to a small screw that I grounded the green wire to.

In pic above, this is how I connected the black wire from the blower to the black wire in the replacement cord. Same thing for the white wire. I used those small grey wire caps.

In pic above this is where you push the cord through. I accidentally lost the screw to tighten down the cord, so I just found another screw (black one) and screwed it in.

Are you gonna be able to close that junction box up with all those chords in it?

Looks like in the first picture he has it all buttoned up about. Now if there was another wire I would consider cutting them down a bit. But it is doable with that amount.
