How much spawn did you use. The more spawn you use in a tub the faster it will colonize. The myc that is appearing seems healthy to me. Maybe you just need more time for the myc to do its thing?

I think you are on your way to a rock 'n roll circus friend. IMO you are way light on your spawn to sub ratio. Personally I use a one to one ratio of spawn to sub for cubies. This may not be Shroomery methods/ratios, but it is what I use. Maybe somebody else who adheres to Shroomery guidelines will chime in and give their opinion. (There is nothing wrong with Shroomery guidlines, they are almost always spot on. I just do things a bit different -not better, just different). The reason I use 1 to 1, is that I figure (correctly) that the sub is only there to provide moisture for the grow -anything the mycelium eats and converts to mushrooms is a bonus. For cubes. If we were talking about 'gourmet mushrooms, I would be talking different.
I see nothing weird happening in your posted pic. My advice is to have patience. Good luck!

Oh yeah. Dark doesn't matter. Not nec. to keep ventilation holes taped shut either. Let it breathe. Watch for moisture. If your tub turns light brown that means you should have misted it. You don't want 'wet', but you don't want 'dry' either. Moist is what you want.

Did you pasteurize the sub?
Somethings not right, after two weeks it should be totally colonized regardless of spawn ratio.
Do you have pictures of the spawn? I’m betting that’s where the problem is.
You should use coir instead of manure if possible.

pasteurized?
That thing should be done by now but it’s barely taken off. The sub itself looks very wet, if it’s soaked enough maybe it could halt the myc like that but I don’t know. It’s also been suffocating Colonizing in the dark and high co2 is not actually the way. Not for cubes anyway.
