What can I add to STRAW substrate? (for nutrients)

I wanna give straw a whirl as a base for a bulk substrate. But I'm not confident that straw alone would be great cus it seems like it would be lacking some beneficial nutrients. I've read about adding hpoo but i dont have any of that.
Here's what ingredients I have on hand: -Coir -Vermiculite -Gypsum -Lime -WBS -Rye
Anyone have experience using straw for cube substrate? Would straw alone be sufficient? Any of the items above I should add (or anything else besides hpoo?) If anyone has any tips I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks.

Howdy . Screw the poo. The only peeps who should us poo are people who have it laying around because of farm animals and who can't afford or easily attain coir IMO. Besides, poo stinks! I mean it really smells! (it does work though). I used straw for years. It can be tricky. Wheat straw that has been properly stored for a year can be cut into 1 inch pieces (a pain in the arse), and then pasteurized. I know some sources say 1 to 4 inch pieces but that only works for growing an agggressive species like oysters in my personal experience. Cubes like straw cut into 1 inch pieces IME and I have grown lots and lots of cubes over the years.
Straw kept for longer than 1 year will contaminate before you get your harvest no longer how long you pasteurize it. I used to grow lots of oyster shrooms and if I had 1/2 a bale of straw left over from last season and used that next season it would always contaminate. Sub materials like straw see an increase in microbes the longer they sit around. Except for coir which is heavily washed and processed. There is a very good reason why people use coir -it is dependable!

I don't want to disrespect jcm4620 ^, the horse poo debate has been done many times before in this forum. Some people like it, many don't. I don't and it is only my opinion. My opinion is Coir is great, straw is good, poo is meh. But again, that is just me. Peace peeps...
Geeze, I just realized I didn't answer the OP's original question. You don't need to add anything to straw. There is more nutes in a pound of straw than there is in a pound of poo. The only benefit to poo is the presence of microbes which cubes don't need to fruit anyway.

All the nutes you need for a most awesome grow, are contained in your grain spawn (assuming you are using grain as a spawn and not verm cakes). I have grown grain-only cubes with the grain (rye or wheat berries) spawn only. The reason for adding coir is mostly for moisture; yes the myc will eat some of the coir (or straw for that matter), but mostly it is there for a source of water -mucho important.
A rye berry or wheat berry only grow can give good results. The same with vermiculite will give a much better grow. Why? Water.
As far as spawn ratios, I would recommend reading up on available teks which are on THIS website. My personal methods are a bit different (NOT necessarily BETTER) than what most growers here use. But like I said before -screw the poo. It really adds no nutrients and is actually a step backwards from what you would get from the same amount by weight of coir or wheat straw.
And believe me, poo stinks! If you are growing other species they may need active microbes which poo provides to fruit. Cubes don't.
