ifficial list of most important and most good or my take:
prioritize the best to prioritize
one of my strongest abilities was to find out what to do
do little meditation and yoga every day
read the best possible material and see best possible pictures (art for example)
meditate
do yoga
don't screw up
don't do wrong
DON'T BE VIOLENT
don't do error
go school
go retreat
go holiday
huge point, nr. two of what I have found:
what if you had done better
twice as much drawing for example
for each field
twice as much would make a big difference
drawing, how much drawing, twice in your life, twice as musch?
Other field, meditation
like that
for each field
sometimes just 10% would make a huge difference
huge positive difference
don't drop out of school
treat others in a good way
work on yourself
center
practice awareness
be creative
be useful
yoga
writing
showering
grooming
even two or three showers a day
eating healthy
excercising
doing psychedelics...
not doing drugs
moderation
humility
respecting everyone
respect
respecting
using a difference translation system for rough
making art
going for a walk
buying your shit yourself
taking pictures
pushups
walking meditation
taking pictures out there
meditation prep
walking meditation before meditation
going to cinema
getting help
thinking right, don't screw up thinking
thinking
not going wrong
not running away

Very good. If not a little boring.

Take up something physical and learn to feel your body.
Find somebody t say your deepest secrets to
Ask questions.
Constantly re-evaluate your assumptions.

hey I want to say why to do these things
like the why bother from mindfulness in plain english
I have written about a little other things
it's my take on the best things to do
and why to do them
some of them are a little different but I write why they are good and one is to do them

ifficial list of most important and most good or my take:
What the best of us prioritize
find out what that is
ask a sage or something like that
elaboration
because changing what one does for the better is not easy
you have to prioritize in the best way
and in a way that makes you do better
and mean more to others
and yourself
do little meditation and yoga every day
because the mind is turned on and purifited in this way
and this is crucial to improving one's action
and you'll do better
read the best possible material and see best possible pictures (art for example)
because it helps you with your garden
and fields of your life
meditate
because the mind becomes finer and sharper
and that improves aciton and where you go
later
do yoga
because it turns on the mind
and awakens it
and makes you more healthy
when you do yoga you progress
don't screw up
becuase youll mean more to others
and have better life
more meaningful
and do better
and not get a difficult time
or cost the state money
and not suffer so much
or as much
don't do wrong
DON'T BE VIOLENT
because the mind gives up entirely somewhat
and it leaves a scar (huge bad)
and the body can be damaged
which leads to lower life quality
don't do error
because you'll work more without it
and it means a lot to others
the world needs you to work
go school
because it builds you up and
makes something of yourself
it is weightlifting for the self
go retreat
peace calm progress getting somewhere removing negatives
go holiday
nice
nice vibration on trips
don't drop out of school
treat others in a good way
what if everyone did it
we would have no dropping out of school
or suicide attempt
work on yourself
better possibilities for action
and more life quality
center
it begins by centering
and it is like safety and meth for the mind
practice awareness
it centers
and it is like you are higher
and out in the world
compared to being boxed in
be creative
it makes it
is is wonderful
you'll get it better
be useful
good for overall basic time quality and in good
makes your family happy
yoga
writing
order in your life
showering
very nice for mind
and mood
grooming
innocence no weed
even two or three showers a day
happy and better doing
works for me
eating healthy
important for mood and health
excercising
important for mood and health
doing psychedelics...
everything?
and I just mean that as invaluable and good for everything?
not doing drugs
good for not batting your mind
moderation
good for health and mood and how you have it
and life quality
it's the difference between good movie experiences and nothing
humility
good for all
respecting everyone
good for all
and you
respect
respecting
using a difference translation system for rough
making art
propels to better
going for a walk
nice
buying yourself
probably all do this
but if all the psizhophrenics that get their mom to buy them cigarettes got them themselves
the world would be a much better place
it takes something small (?) like this to make the world heaven on earth maybe
and it should be a topic (heaven on earth) in schools
because all go there
and one would make them do what they can for it
with so called alternative (?) ways meditation yoga
I'm saying that it takes a little to heaven on earth its not like people think that its difficult or takes something big
in case it was a goal in schools it could be attained with very little work
on a personal basis
self authoring or meditation and yoga or
a daily drawing
taking pictures
out in the world we find things that represent or remind us of fields in our lives
and taking pictures of them take care of them
pushups
very good for arm strenth
coupled with weightlifting you dont just get big muscles like with weights or strong arms like with pushups
but both
walking meditation
activates makes you more and makes
it can sit down to greater profit
taking pictures out there
meditation prep
walking meditation before meditation
going to cinema
getting help
thinking right, don't screw up thinking
thinking
it is like a pit stop and fixing the mind like repairing a vehicle
not going wrong
not running away
one of most effective
it aids with all fields or vastly many or there is not taken away in that way

Perhaps you're doing it wrong.
You're supposed to empty your mind of everything except the topic you want to improve in, right?

I think he is emptying it into the forum. this is not very easy to follow. too many words for one idea.
Ferdinando, now study Haiku. learn how to say more with less. hit the gong gently and let it ring on it's own.

if it were as easy to have a great life with no suffering as memorizing a few aphorisms we'd all be doing it
right?
So you Ferdinando already know it is a bad idea and doesn't work
but you are in good company facebook is full of people posting such stuff
among other places like hallmark cards where folks exchange such stuff

Oscar Wilde quotes are both more original (than the usual trivia) and more fun
but still some folks might say that using them inadvertently shows one's own lack of inventiveness
still they say he is the most quoted guy
and he is funny

Prioritising something to me is a task that requires immediate action upon recognition of the idea, as in procrastination is the enemy in this situation, as far as I see it.
We choose to be angry in that we react differently to the same stimuli. If you are punched and choose to attack back, it was still a choice, you could turn the other cheek.
The choices you make isn't something others should always be judging because often they are difficult choices. But in the end, you still choose to fight, or take flight.
Large projects in my experience have crawled towards completion 15 minutes at a time, a week or two before the deadline.
Awareness and self reflection seem a given, but takes time and experience, years of growing up.. and paying attention to what's going on around you. Environmental awareness is a key skill in my opinion.
Showers.. I have a strange fear of them from being treated for head lice as a child when I was basically forced under the cold tap to wash my hair. I have showers kinda daily, but I don't like getting my hair wet and strangely it's an effort to complete.
Exercise is a strain, it's not that difficult to do but the pain of muscle growth after a strenuous set of exercises can be draining and severely effect movement in the following days. It's good to do, but not so good when it goes overboard.
Respecting peoples right to have their beliefs is fine, but there's no necessity to respect the actual beliefs that others hold, especially if they are the polar opposite of what views you hold dearly.
I like spending things on myself, I tend not to calculate my finances but I'm well off enough to treat myself every now and then and it's a fine privilege to have, but it comes at the cost of hard work and labour.
Ignoring what you think others perceive or judge of you can be a delight at times, a difficult one to sustain but a delight nonetheless.
