That's how it is and at the moment i have a lot of struggle with bacteria apperently. New day, new grow.
I'll post some pics of the plates and grains when the time comes and yeah hopefully it¨ll work out at some point. Thanks for the help so far. It was awesome.

Bad technique when nockin' up jars and plates is where problems usually start. Use the video camera on on your phone and lay it on the top of your SAB, that way you can see your hand placement and see if you are passing a hand, forearm or something else over your sterile field.

I rarely see any bacteria my plates. Not even on the ntc plate. It's always clean even if it's two month old.
But I am trying off different things such as a longer sterilization time and soon new jar lids.

contaminants are not always visible like you would expect or maybe I should say it's not always obvious because it can hide amongst the mycelium and sometimes it doesn't matter how many transfers you make, you just can't get away from the contaminant.

I wouldn't expect all bacterias to be easy to see though. It can be sneaky, but It would be surprised if the same invisible contaminant would be on all my plates, and first show up when it get on grains.
I've got some new variations on agar now, which I've inoculated with spores. If it's contaminant under the myc I guess they'd be free from it.

Is the agar touching the jar when you are inoculating them them? You may want to consider getting some biological indicators as a control to make your are getting proper sterilization temperatures and times.

No nothing is touching the sides of either bags or jars. I do suspect my jar lids tove a problem now, so I'm working with bags right now. Although I'd like someone to test the bags for me, but noone has claimed a bag in the market yet.
I do run a no template control when doing agar, and nothing shows up. I guess I could do a ntc jar also. Are there any other controls I can use?
I'll use autoclave tape for my next batch so I can rule out the temp in the PC.

you can get Bio indicators online pretty cheap, I would only use them if I was having a lot of problems like you are at the moment, it will tell you if sterilization of the grains is being reached.

That sounds like something I should try. I've never heard of it though. Do you have a link?

Yeah like 3 weeks since casing everything looked right but never pinned. Seeds sprouted from the casing mix I reckon. I've seen grows on here with plant seeds sprouting lol.
