Ya i know. I've tossed like 10 plates so far. I think these prints are fckd. I will try one more time with them.

I have some syringes coming in tomorrow or Thursday,  gonna whip up some plates see what I can get under way.

How are you streaking the spores from the print ? Sterile swab? Inoculation loop? Those plates look really bad I don’t see any cube myc

Yes. Tried an inoculation loop and sterile swab. Also using dilution streaking teks

I made some plates yesterday, using a spore print and a flamed exacto knife in my SAB
