Planes of existence after death

Curious if anyone has been fortunate enough, or unfortunate enough, to temporarily be sent to the planes after death.
High doses of LSD has been the only time I was able to leave my body (not in an astral plane) to travel to the higher planes of existence. Pure beautiful perfection
Due to benzodiazepines abuse I suffered a grand mal-seizure where I temporarily died, sending sent me in the other direction to a plane where I was infinitely being eaten alive for what felt like eternity until by some miracle I was brought back back. It truly made coming back here feel like heaven & I'm eternally grateful for all that gave another chance.
I used to believe our whole reality was just an elaborate hologram & life is just a game; however after experiencing the planes myself I can't help but want to pass this along to others who are burning their "trial-run" here and won't be fortunate enough to change their life direction towards the higher planes, but instead be sent to the lower planes.
I have no mainstream religious ties, don't believe in AA/NA for myself. Change must come from within, there is no substance I am powerless to, no addiction that is more powerful than myself, and I've been in the deepest runs of all of them. Although I fully support whatever it is that gets you to that place mentally.

No, I was very fortunate to see if infinite beauty that lies ahead if we only aim our life upwards and say YES to what we know is righteous at ages 19/20 with a sheet of needlepoint WOW from a friend.
And the other was almost two years ago now when, with a loving wife and two beautiful girls, I abused benzodiazepines (they were for my epilepsy) and was waiting a day to get my prescription refilled when I suffered a grand-mal seizure in the car in front of my wife and daughters. Traumatizing them, coming back in a hospital bed after being in what seemed to be fire & what I can only describe as "monsters" eating me infinitely over-and-over-and-over. HELL is real, such as everything it is all Energy. Just as Nikola Telsa said “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.” “The scientists of today think deeply instead of clearly. One must be sane to think clearly, but one can think deeply and be quite insane.” (Currently I'm 29)

As a teen, young adult I ignorantly assumed it was all up from here; now I've seen clearly it can go just as much in the other direction.
Not here to hate on the other direction either; I definitely see how certain planes in the other direction could be initially enticing for some. If they could only see how much more they would be given living the other way...

I had the end-of-life life-flashing-before-your-eyes happen very often in high dose dissociative sessions.
Once I had the sense of being eternally trapped in a really small loop of it. That literally traumatized me. If that was reality I would wish I had never been born. It took months and lots of persuasive talking by my spirit guide to get over it. It would be a fate worse than nothingness

I’ve had multiple brushes with death, but one genuine NDE. I’ve NDE style trips many times, but I don’t count those as physically I was nowhere near death. Just super spun. The NDE was different; I’d stopped breathing & was out for a bit. It was very serene, lots of peace & comfort....it felt like home. There was a bright white light, but it was more than that. I recall a garden, and an archway entwined of flowers, with light pouring from the archway. I never made it through. I was not alone in this place, and was told that it wasn’t my time; I had work to do. Then I came out of it. It was very profound, and eventually led to a change in direction in my life.

I've too have abused psychedelics and experienced, with much less trauma, what you've described as an endless, infinite loop. For me it was induced during a mushrooms trip so that is probably what I would attribute to being shown the same perspective/placement but in a less traumatizing way. Still a very "never-ending" experience I was shown but after being in Hell nothing compares. Also, the take away from mine is that we experience deja-vu not only because we've literally done this before, but because we have to infinitely do this over and over until we "get-it" right. Real, true understanding & love. Some see it as we are damned to eternity to repeat and learn, while I'm one who sees it as we GET to repeat this until we get it right, which is amazing.
Many are still scared to drop their personal walls/behavior of hate & anger they have put up to seem tough to a world that has wronged them in some way.

It sounds like you were as fortunate as I was with being given a second chance, however I was shown the other planes of existence and no poet or artist can come close to the horror that exists there. If I knew a way to purge it I'd do it in a heartbeat, no one should be there..

I do have some deja vu's, not often, but they are there and it seems so real.

It is very real man, I know without a doubt I've done this before (either literally or in a REM/dream scenario; my wife had this happen to her as a child and has seen her entire life already) and when I let myself realize it everything starts to fall into place.
