You can be real creative though. Last night I charred and skinned a few pablano peppers and stuffed them with taco seasoned ground beef with some melted cheddar and cream cheese inside, then froze it and put it in an egg wash and rolled it in 3 layers of parmesan cheese breading then fried it in bacon fat it was fuckin delicious and had like 60 grams of protein per piece :lol:

thats what I said, its insoluble fibre, I took my ketones every 12 hours on a fast and the kratom didnt seem to effect them all that much

0 hours -- ate 2 servings rolled oats with maple syrup and a can of pears and 2 hamburgers with bun

24 hours 0.1

36 hours 0.3

48 hours 0.6 (entered light ketosis)

60 hours  2.1

72 hours 2.6

84 hours 3.7

132 hours 5.3

I only had 10 test strips, I wish I could have gone a little bit longer with the tests, I dont know why they dropped down a bit before they spiked really high

Yeah I never noticed much of a change either from kratom, if any. I only eat up to 10 grams in any given day that I actually use it. You don't need strips though. You won't have to worry about that if you're actually sticking to just fat and protein. You will be in ketosis within a few days and you won't fall out of it if you don't eat oats and maple syrup and hamburger buns. Save that stuff for when you're about to workout so you can just expend it and get back into ketosis quickly.

i have been eating about 12 eggs a day for the past few weeks.  probably about a month.  i am slightly worried i am going to give myself a heart attack, but it's too soon to tell if my cholesterol is going to skyrocket.

i couldn't say if it will help with weight loss, but i can say i haven't noticed a significant weight gain.

i usually eat a bowl of honey nut cheerios and two hard boiled eggs for lunch, with some coffee.

for dinner, i usually fry some onions, green peppers and tomatoes with garlic, garlic salt, pepper, olive oil, hot sauce and vinegar into kind of a sauce/salsa, set it aside, then fry about 10 eggs in (actually, kind of a lot of) olive oil.

i fry about 4 eggs at a time, then 2, throw them in a bowl, then pour the sauce/salsa on top of it.  i have a rice cooker and cook a cup of white rice and eat that with my eggs.  i think in mexican cuisine, this is sort of like "migas"?  meegas?  miggas?  i don't know how to spell it.  i was in dallas once with some friends and this mexican girl's mom taught us to cook eggs and salsa.  she didn't serve it with rice though, she had us warm up some fresh mexican bodega corn tortillas on their gas stove and eat it with that.  also, she used cheese, but i don't like cheese too much.

anyway, i've been eating about 12 eggs a day for about a month or so and i haven't noticed a significant weight GAIN.  with the gyms closed i am concerned about my diet a bit more...

anyway, for what it's worth.

If I eat more than 4 eggs it feels unhealthy.

In terms of body composition, you're on the right track.  If you maintain a caloric deficit, you will lose weight.  Doesn't matter what you eat, the pounds will drop.

Health wise, 20 eggs will be super high in cholesterol and I bet you'll become satiated or full before you put down 20 eggs in a day.  Personally, I like egg beaters.  They're ridiculously low in calories, high in protein, and don't have cholesterol.  I have about 4.5 eggs for breakfast, and two slices of wheat toast with sugar free jam.  I think its only like 300-400 calories for a big hearty breakfast.

Dude I eat almost exclusively meat and dairy and eggs and my poops feel just fine. If anything, hell have diarrhea for a short while.

There aren't an overwhelming amount of data to support that. In most scientific studies (e.g., people not trying to sell a bullshit magic cure) the differences resulting from different macronutrient profiles are fairly subtle.

For example, we're talking a pound or two when doubling protein intake.  Yes, your macronutrient profile matters.  1000 calories of cake will produce different results than 1000 calories of meat, but the changes are subtle, and secondary to caloric effects.

I already mentioned that I do a 40:8 intermittent fasting schedule, the problem is that it stalled out the last month, since July 17th Ive lost and put back on the same 5 pounds, a month is starting to seem like a long plateau so I want to add in keto, well carnivore by circumstance routine

iono if bricks is wise where u live and iono if 20 eggs will do that quickly but just eat rice and drink water, Gatorade, lemon slices.  keep ur eggs jus make sure you're flowing degozaru.

You can definitely overdo selenium. A lot of times these metals compete for the same intestinal transporters and so overdoing one can lead to deficiences in others. Look up selenosis. In humans it is more commonly caused by eating brazil nuts

The danger of dietary cholesterol is probably overstated... but at 20 eggs a day i would definitely be more worried about the excessive cholesterol than anything else in the eggs
