Bacteria in Tubs every time.

Hey fellow cultivators,
I've been following this hobby for 6 months now and have yet to see any pins and it all comes down to a single problem: Bacteria.
It usually shows its ugly face inside the tub after colonizing to 100%.
Let me tell you my preparation first.
I'm using Rye Berries for baking from the Supermarket, I soak them 24h, simmer for 10min, let them dry and put them in Quart Jars with a silicon injection port installed. I PC for 90 mins at 15psi. I inoculate with LC I made from a perfectly clean agar culture. My jars colonize to 100% in 10 days every single time. I then pasteurize my coco coir substrate in an insulated bucket for 24h with boiling water and spawn everything in shoebox sized containers.
The tubs colonize in 5-7 days as it should, the jars don't smell weird as far as I can tell and don't show signs of bacteria themselves, but I can count on my tub to show me the bacteria as stated above.
I've tried 4 big growths now and I also tried the PF tek, with the same results. After 12 days nothing, except for signs of bacteria.
I've prepared everything with the top tier equipment recommended, so I don't think it's my sterile technique, but maybe you can prove me otherwise.
I don't have any pictures unfortunately, but the signs are very thick mycelium and metabolites on the substrate which turn green a few weeks after they appear.

You messed something up when making your lc. To verify, put your lc back on agar and you will see the bacteria.

I was always getting bacteria. I am doing agar now. It was way too much waste.

If you have been trying to use LC this whole time you should try transferring agar 2 grain, then g2g to make your spawn. With LC there is no room for error when its contaminated. You won't know it's a write off until you have gotten all the way to spawning it. With g2g your contams will usually show up before you waste all that time spawning to a tub, and you might only have a few jars contaminate but a bunch could come out clean.

ha ive had plenty of slightly bacterial tubs fruit just fine but when they are absolute gushers or ice cream lookin tubs theres really no point in even tryin. but if u get a clean culture with agar before knocking whatever up it will greatly increase your chances of a great grow

I've tried agar to grain 3 times and every time it contaminated. I had flame sterilized my scalpel and worked inside a still air box and kept the jar open for just a moment, so I really don't know how it happened, but I gave up on agar to grain after that.
I figured it had something to do with the commercially bought agar plates I used. (Twice it was trich and one time I had weird red spots everywhere.. maybe lipstick mold)
I have another plan now, I bought a growkit (yeah I know, they aren't liked around here), but if I can start from a cloned fruit at least I have my genetics right and can eliminate more variables after that.
I plan on making my own agar plates and trying LC again with a spore print and a clone on agar. Is that a good plan?

If agar to grain isn’t working lc is definitely not a good idea.
It takes a little practice to knock up jars with wedges. I had done a ton of plate transfers with very little contamination but I still screwed up and got mold in like half my jars the first couple times I did a2g.
It’s one of the most crucial skills though so I’d keep at it no matter what. Just try different things and be conscious of every move you make in the SAB.
