The missing piece

Hey all,
So, I don't know how to talk about this. I've had different kinds of mystical experiences, and it's not that. It's not like I saw or felt something.
Sometimes, when I trip, there is this thing. I discover something very important, but I don't know what it is. I know that I discovered it many times in the past, but I forgot, and I will forget it again as soon as the trip ends, because my normal consciousness is just unable to comprehend it.
It's frustrating, because the moment I discover it I realize I needed it so badly my whole life, but I couldn't even realize that I was missing something. It feels like home or something... uh. And then it slips away without any trace.
Just wanted to ask if you guys have been there too.

Oh yeah. The only way I discovered to gain a better grasp of that was tripping more often. Eventually it sticks around.

I've never been able to hold it, it doesn't seem like something to beheld. It's something I'm able to be adjacent to. The more I've tripped the clearer it gets in my imagination and brings me peace of mind while sober but I have no clue what it might even be.

Wouldn't the most important part be that you've recognized there's a missing piece? Wouldn't it be more important that you managed to find that at all? Maybe you're supposed to want it. You know? That's your path. Keep seeking and keep your eyes on the prize, your head on your shoulders and your feet on the ground. Rejoice, friend. It's like if your life is a puzzle, you spend your whole life putting it together hoping it makes something worthwhile. That all the pieces are there. Forgetting where that piece goes or which piece it is.. pretty minor details when you've seen the goalposts over the horizon. It's the journey not the destination, as they say.

i dont think its something that humanity could or will ever fully comprehend. just need to do the best you can and maybe at one point in time - no matter how long it takes - you might feel a comprehensible message which will deliver the word vividly enough to "drive the point home", but also "gentle" enough not to vaporize your entire existence in this life. but so far the general message is that something is there, and that you are also a part of it.
i apologize if this doesn't make sense, but i'll do my best to try to explain how i feel about it the best i can. if i lose you - please, disregard everything i say - for it is not applicable to you, and i would never attempt to direct you toward something that you would not want to willingly direct toward yourself:
I Think 'Some Grand-masters (were able to) Obtain Divinity, During Unrefined Dream Encounters. Observing/interpreting New "Languages" - Yogis Are no longer Harmonized Under Mans Acquired Nature - Expanded - Xenophobic - Paranoid - Egotistical - Resulting In Erased Neurological Connections Emitting... Jumbled Unrefined Shaky Thoughts that would usually Not Even Exist Do To Order Reining In Divine Eternity - And Now Deeply Regretfully Everyone After Canaan/colombia Has Their Harmonious Essence Faded Intentionally - New In Spectacular Heaven... Light In New Eternity.
there are "your" thoughts, and then there are simply "thoughts". these thoughts come and go as they please, if ever at all. during those precious moments when everything aligns, and your heart and mind happen to be in balance - if you try your purest, and your hardest - and i mean "breaking-your-own-bones-straining" hardest - then you might be lucky enough to begin to see but the fog of your entire existence drifting across the surface of what you're really made of - and that it is something so pure, (not incomprehensible - like you have already known - it is very comprehended, down to its soul of souls) something so marvelous and amazing that it literally, no matter how hard you try to articulate its eternal majesty and grace - cannot be spoken or conveyed in any wider recognized human language or writing. i dont feel like words should even exist at this point among these current conditions as people often forget - and fail to understand the meaning behind them, and why such a word or expression would need to be created to encapsulate that truth or feeling to begin with.

There is no missing piece. We already have everything we need for our evolution. There is nothing important or trascendental you need to know to feel fulfilled. The search is an illusion, as also it is the desire and the so called "inner journey". There is no such thing as 'inner journey'. You are already here. Going for that something you strive for as 'superior' or divine is just an illusory movement. Every time you achieve the goal, there seems to be something even more superior. And you go chase that, and when you get there the same pattern repeats again and again. But "always striving for something better". What is "better"? Where do you want to go if you are already here? That full bliss is within you. It is you being fully in the present moment. That's it. That is the only thing you need to be happy. That's the teaching. Happiness is now, at this very breath.

You, my friend, should read some Plato. You're closer than you think.

I am missing it and not missing it over and over again. what I am missing most is the part where I am ok about missing it sometimes, but soon I will be in a more comfortable position again and what is obvious will be visible.
