Requesting help with identification

Habitat: Where does it grow? It's in a wooded pasture that is technically classified as "wetlands". Tropical. Oak trees and palms nearby, pasture near by, but cows have some free roam in the area. It's in south Florida, sea level, growing on cow dung exlusively.
Gills: Not sure how to answer these questions about attached/not. I'm a newbie to this so I'm hoping the pics will answer them. Color range from dark purple to black.
Stem: Length: 3-5", diameter: 1/4-1/2", color: creme/off white, fairly thin.
Cap: Diameter: varies quite a bit, largest about 4", color: primarily white with golden center, round
Spore print color: Purplish gray...? Pic included, hopefully helps!
Bruising: Bluish bruising
Other information: Scent of the mushroom: earthy / kind of like horse stables etc
Here are the images:

Awesome! So happy to get feedback and know for sure that what we found is what I'd hoped it was )) Very grateful to have you wizards here to guide us. We are going back out to the same area later to look for more. One question I had was about the ones that look totally purple/black on the caps. Are they still ok to eat without any issues or are they better to avoid?
Thank you for the welcome! I have actually posted before under a different username over 5 years ago (can't remember my password and no longer have the same email), but never because I actually found anything worthwhile, so extremely happy that you guys could give the positive ident on these!
Can't wait to try these out, and these were found on our property so very excited to go looking for more today. Will update with more pics if we find more!

Found a bunch more today! I put a few quarters in the mix to show the relative size. I think there's a pic of all of them from yesterday and today.
Question: Any reason not to eat the purple ones? I found a whole group of like 6 purple ones in 1 spot, seemed like they'd been there a few days at least, but they are just covered in spores right? Not damaged?
Here is the entire haul from today:

Definitely just spores. You can see the “tiger-stripes” on a few. Looks like some were hovering over some! Maybe a little bloated from the water, but I’d eat em for sure!!! Nice finds!

How? I have several that I left the caps on a piece of paper, but I assume there is a process to do it correctly? Does someone have a link I could check out on saving the spores? Also, these have all been sitting out for a couple of days drying out and shrinking, what is the easiest method for a complete newbie like me to dry them out to make sure they retain their potency?
Thanks again for all the feedback and insight!

Take a cap and slice it from the stem. Place the cap on a piece of foil, use the good kind not the cheap dollar store shit. Take another sheet of foil and put it on top then fold the edges. This works good for printing in bulk too, just arrange the caps in a grid and use the whole sheet of foil. I print in sheets of 25.
