Tea gives me extreme nauseaa, powdered in chocalate, nausea, powdered in enterically coated pills, nausea. I truly believe its a geneteics issue with the serotonin receptors in the gut. People who don't get nausea have either little to no binding, or no agonism of the receptor. On my end of the extreme is a high level of agonism of the receptor leading to the aforementioned nausea.

No chocolate doesn't reduce the nausea. I read it's because of the toughness/fibrous texture of the dried mushrooms that makes the stomach feel nausea as it's trying to digest it. I also read it's because when you start to trip and that would tie into ice9's explanation. It's both to me really. I have had no issues with nausea since I started powdering them though. Every single time before that I would get nausea. Zofran might work if you can get it.

Man I wish tea or using chocolates helped me...im just resigned to the massive purge on the come-up. The nausea does go away after about 2 hours though.

A while back I read a thread where someone was claiming lemon essential oil could help block the serotonin receptors in your gut, and therefore help with the nausea. Supposedly boiling lemon peels and drinking the water also works, some kind of old nausea remedy.
Never got around to testing it myself. Not sure if theres any truth to it, or if it was just some dude trying to promote essential oils

For me either way there was nasua but it was only initial I always looked at it as part of the rocky transition into the trip. Like if it wasn't being nasious there were times where I felt completely tilted sideways when I walked. I always felt like tea was more forgiving though

Lemon balm is a mainstay in my garden. Its good for your mood, it has an uplifting anti anxiety effect. You can chew a few leaves or flowers or make tea. I go Fuck Tea and just pick some fresh off the plant and munch it, the natural way. Very aromatic.

I used to seriously "Will" the nausea away, works even better if you take a prilosec a few hours before ingestion My favorite way to eat them was cracker dry with a chocolate chip cookie
When i was a teenager we used to throw fresh field cubies in a blender with orange juice, We called that "Hawg Chawing" You usually threw up that way

Yes, the mushroom bodies are basically indigestible, that's why most people get sick. I know they are indigestible because I have shit out entire mushrooms before. They looked like they could go for a second round tbh.

Just an update:
I tripped last night with no nausea, I repeated my 3rd experience by drinking it very slowly (I drank a 8th lemon teked over the course of 2-3 hours).
Seems like taking sips and easing into the trip got rid of all the nausea altogether. I think I'll be trying it again with the same method and see if it solves the nausea is because I love the experience but that nausea was overwhelming.
I had such a wonderful time last night, it was just a refreshing and invigorating experience. I almost feel reborn, like a fresh clean state. Cheers.

Don’t fast so long before. Eat something like a slice of white bread or some saltines a few minutes before dosing. And make tea. Just boil a cup of water, turn the heat down to low, dice up your shrooms a bit, throw them in the water, squirt some lemon juice in the water, and let them soak for 5 to 10 minutes. If you have more time, keep the shrooms in the water longer. Pour it all in a glass and cool it down in the fridge. Or if you don’t have time, throw in a couple ice cubes to cool it down. Strain. Chug.
I always get a bit of nausea or upset stomach, but it is significantly less with tea and my stomach calms down quicker. After you drink, if you can eat a half slice of white bread or a couple saltines, that might help too.
