Delish is an understatement. I'm considering building a time machine, finding where they live, and stealing each individual plate.

Do you see that BURGER? Those croquettes?!?!?!

Turkeybreast.. stewed in cream-garlic sauce, with roasted bacon, onions, fresh garlic, mushrooms, paprika, tomatoes and fresh parlsey.

And a small bowl of a lettuce-mix with mozarella cheese and onions.

And some beer.

Enjoyed on the balcony. :sun:

Bacon fried Cinnamon and Vanilla pancakes with bacon,  butter,  and maple syrup

Double burger smash style

Finally got my dining table set up after 3 years.  Nice to get things feeling like home after too many people and things in the house.

Pistachio crusted chicken with cucumber and carrots and rice

I'm tripping tomorrow and I always stock up on some good food during a trip

Picked up a half roast duck from this local renowned Chinese joint, picked up two pounds of oxtail that I'm going to braise and pair with a southern gravy that I'm going to make from the broth that the oxtail will be in, and a fab seeded rye loaf and a little 7 ounce package of foie gras. Gonna spread that on that rye. And since it's hatch chile month I picked up 6 hatch chiles to roast too

Weather has been unseasonably cool here so I made a batch of chili.  Nothing fancy, but it always hits the spot.
