I am in Central America. 26/34 celthius. Right now rainy season , is very humid. Fruitin room is a green house with a irrigation system on for 7 minutes every 6 hours. I have few windows for ventilarion: no fans and no lights . How do you see my mushrooms?

Looking good!
Some of your oysters look like they might be wanting more air, especially in the first picture for example - see how their stems are long?
I would maybe open up a side of that greenhouse, let more air through. In your environment I'm not even sure you need a greenhouse!
Air is not a big issue though, you're doing pretty good now you can tell because the reishi is getting conks not antlers. Nice work

Thanks a lot. Actually they grow well without green house but as the rainy season is uneven , the green house helps when we have a week or more of sunny days.

What is your substrate for the Ganoderma? It looks like straw.

it is straw. i started to grow ganodetma with the Stamet recipe but i realize that they grow well in the same mix of the oysters: straw, little bit of rice shells. Like this i prepare a mix only and is easier for me to teach workers that are helping me with this project
