Not all canned fruit is, but most name brand ones will be. I've found pears with no added sugars...

Right on, I'm visualizing the cans that are more syrup than fruit. Were you always a girl lol

Yeah if you get the heavy syrup ones then it kinda defeats the purpose of it being healthy to say the least, but you can get syrup free ones.

Watermelon or blueberries or cranberries, tough call on all 3.
Who the fuck eats canned fruit, you know they sell it fresh at the grocery store... it's not the early 1900's were you needed to be a Rockefeller to get fresh fruit.

You know that a lot of fruits aren't always in season, right?
You're aware that a lot of baking calls for canned fruit rather than fresh, right?

Is eating baked good the same as eating the actual fruit?
1st point is correct, but with normal distribution unlike now you can in-season fruit from different parts of the world in less a week.

Plus if you live in a rural area it can take a lot of gas to get to Walmart let alone a specialty Mexican, Asian, etc. store.
I ain’t tryna spend 20 bucks every time I wanna get papaya bro

Canned fruit also provides the buyer the opportunity to keep fruit long term. Fresh fruit obviously has to be consumed pretty quickly.
Like myself, I always buy fresh fruit to eat within the next few days after purchasing, but I'll also snatch a few cans just to stick in the pantry. That way if I'm ever at home and I'm out of fresh fruit but don't want to go to the store, I'll have some right there in the pantry.

OK, now that is a quite reasonable answer for canned fruit

You're riding on the edge of being incoherent here, but I'll try.
"Is eating baked good the same as eating the actual fruit?"
- What?
"1st point is correct, but with normal distribution unlike now you can in-season fruit from different parts of the world in less a week."
- I'm not about to import fruit from over a thousand miles away, and pay more for the shipping than the fruit itself is worth.

If you eat a baked good with fruit in it, does it count the same as just eating fruit. If it does, fuck fruit, i'm eating confections all the time.
My grocery store imports fresh fruit out of season from around the world all the time. Also if it is truly out of season consider frozen over canned if available.

Bro just look at the label and make sure it says “in water” or “no sugar added”

All I said was some canned fruit is good, and you take it like I've never thought to try fresh/frozen fruit.
