My Liberty cap ID thread (Iceland)
    #26882969 - 08/16/20 08:23 AM (3 years, 5 months ago)

Hey guys.

Im gonna use this thread for my ID requests. I have gone on a couple of hunts now. The first walk I took I thought I had some goodies, but now I'm quite sure they were Mycena sp.

Anyways, I went again yesterday and I think I got lucky. But I want to be sure of course.

Where: Grass lawn which I know is full of organic matter, where organic fertilizers are definitely used. It also used to be a farm a few decades ago.

Some had defined nipples, others not. Gills are dark brown/purple-ish.

I will post a few more pictures of some I am unsure of, picked in a different location.

Thank you Anglerfish

Now these are what I suspect to be mycena sp. insted of psylocybe.

Where: Mossy ground shaded by betula, sorbus and picea.

Gills dont seem to be dark, but they are quite smaller than the other finds.
