What type of growth is this? One is the bottom of the stem and the other is a piece of the stipe split in half to expose tissue this is about 5 days of growth.

Unfortunately I dont see any mushroom mycelium. If it was dehydrated fully then its likely there is nothing alive except some bacteria on the surface. Theres a thread from a year back where folks were trying to clone dried fruits and I don't think it went well for anyone and was quickly abandoned. https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/26122656/fpart/1/vc/1

I think I read it was possible. I will check that thread. Reason I am trying to bring these back is because it isn’t possible for me to get the genetics any other way and it’s exclusive.

Growing myc from a dried cap is very possible (I have done it myself) however you'll be getting myc from the spores, not a clone from the flesh.

You can grow from dried shrooms, I think randalf did it with really old ones a few months back. That looks like myc and bacteria to me. I’ve had a lot of bacterial plates where the myc eventually grew past the bacteria after like a week.
If that doesn’t happen I’d do a hot pour.
I think the way dried tissue is usually done is to soak it in water and peroxide for a day or two first to hydrate and partially clean it.
