Survey of Psilocybin for Therapeutic Uses
    #26881453 - 08/15/20 10:56 AM (3 years, 5 months ago)

We are McKenna Haynes and Robert Hallock, PhD from the Psychology Dept at Purdue University Northwest. We are conducting research into how psilocybin is used for the self-treatment of various afflictions (e.g. addiction, depression, anxiety, PTSD). If you have used Psilocybin for the self-treatment of any affliction, and are at least 18 years of age, you qualify for participation. Participation involves completing a 10-25 minute survey. Unfortunately, we are unable to compensate participants for participation. Please visit <https://purdue.ca1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3VgIXvgNShglz0N> for more information and the informed consent form. Thank you for your consideration and feel free to direct any questions to Robert Hallock (rhallock@pnw.edu<mailto:rhallock@pnw.edu>) or McKenna Haynes (haynes19@pnw.edu<mailto:haynes19@pnw.edu>). The study title is ‘Psilocybin for therapeutic uses’ and the IRB protocol number is 2020-974.

It's good that you don't compensate participants, that reduces the possibility of gathering bogus data.
