But there are mold spores all over in the air.

Yeah, but once your spawn is fully colonized, there's not really a chance for other competitors. And coir isn't very nutritive, but very mold resistant. You may get contamination after a few flushes, as myc weakens an mold can take over.

all of the above
foremost clean spawn sub too wet goes bad everytime IME temperature too high, the temp inside the sub is higher than room temp.

Most molds don't germinate on living things, they're decomposers. Your fully colonized spawn can be considered a living thing in this respect and won't contaminate unless it was weakened by a bacterial infection from the beginning.
So in order to have a succesful grow you need to spawn your clean spawn to a substrate like coir (which is contam resistant by itself and molds don't like to germinate on it) or other types of substrates like poo that need to be pasteurized in order to make it more contam resistant and give the mycelium a nice window of opportunity to colonize it before competitors get a chance.
Once the whole substrate is colonized 100%, it can in turn be considered a "living thing" that can fend off competitors, unless again it was weakened by bacteria in which case molds can have a chance.
