Critique needed before starting monotub run

Hey all, so this will be my first attempt in over a decade..I came from using pint sized cakes with brown rice and verm so let me know if there are any mistakes in my plans before I fuck up the first batch..im also looking for grain substitutes...this was taken from bods unmodified monotub tek and the recipe calls for millet, although im interested in popcorn tek or any others you think will be better or easier to find. This is for hypothetical cubes.
I've numbered the steps to make it easier to correct, add, or clarify anything.
Supplies on Hand:
12 1-pint Wide Mouth Mason Jars (plan to use 2 per tub to make up
1-quart because no stores had quart sized jars near me..not ideal)
Micropore Tape, Drill, Syringes and Needles
Pressure Cooker
70% iso alcohol
Millet (still need to pick up, or find different grain, heard good things about popcorn)
12 Coir Bricks (extra for G2G)
6 32-Quart Sterilite Tubs with Lids
Bottle for Misting
5-Gallon Bucket for Coir (insulated)
Still Air Box
-----Coir----- #1. Boil 3.25L of water, pour on 1 650g coir brick in 5-gallon bucket and leave sit for 1 day (will obviously up amount for the 6 tubs)
#2. Ensure coir isn't too wet/dry..add verm if too wet or ring it out
#3. Divide among the 6 tubs (after cleaning thoroughly with the alcohol)
-----Grain Spawn-----
#4. Per 1 quart jar, boil 220g millet/oats for 30-45 minutes until some of the oats burst
#5. Pour into colander and wait 30-45 minutes (ensure little moisture is present after)
#6. Drill hole in center of jar lid and remove burs
#7. Cover hole with micropore tape
#8. Load jar 2/3rd of the way full
#9. Put lid on tightly and cover tops with foil
#10. Place jars in pressure cooker (on top of the rings from unused jars)
#11. Cook at 18 psi for 2 hours
#12. Remove and let cool over night
#13. Innoc jars (with sterile needle under SAB, change needles between jars) with 1cc per jar (he mentions agar in the tek..will just syringes with spores work?)
-------Where do I leave the jars while they colonize? Just in a room with decent sunlight at 70-75°?
#14. Wait for myc development to reach ~25%, shake well..wait for 50%, repeat, and again at 75%
#15. Spawn to coir mix in tubs with lids on upside down or with small gaps for FAE
#16. Mist according (how soon should I start misting? I know surface conditions dictate misting, but should I wait a day and see how the substrate looks on its own before misting?)
-------This is where I need help. What kind of lighting do I need? I have heard some people just put them in a room with decent sunlight while others have fluorescent lights and fixtures set up. Recommendations?
#17. Harvest and dry

15 psi is all that's needed 18% may work but it seems a little high especially for 2 hours.
I've always heard 3 times shaken is myc abuse and that 2 times shook is max. 1 shake at 10-25% and another shake at 95-100% to make sure any unseen grains are colonized.
Leaving jars in room with decent sunlight is fine just make sure temps do not reach past 80°
Leave lids on mono sealed until colonization is at least 85% THEN flip upside down for FAE

I dont even know where to start. I guess #1 would be to agar route. Syringe to grain is a crap shoot. #2, 2 pint jars per 32 qt tub isnt enough to do the job. I would use 6 per mono. I would use 3-4 quarts for a 32 qt. There's more I could suggest but Agar is King

Well, after you make your agar. I have a link in my sig for crack plates. cheap no-pour tek. Once your plates are made and cooled you put a single drop in the middle of the plate and tranfer away clean myc away from contamination.
