Help with ID!

Hello friends! I have been trying to ID this mushroom and really can't pin it down!
Found this, both young and mature, some dried naturally. This was found in Ukraine (Carpathian Mountains - hotspot for mushroom BTW), in mulch. They all have wavy caps, with the cap rolled inward, but are definitely not Wavy Caps.
I tried about 3/4 of a small dried one the other day and felt relaxed. Felt like something else but not really sure. My GF, who also took 3/4, felt similar. No negative side effects. Obviously did not want to risk taking more.
I am attaching young and mature. I believe they are both the same species (but correct me if I am wrong). Slight bruising of pink/cyan/green on older ones as you can see.
Smell and taste is farinaceous.
So, my questions are:
1. Are they the same? 2. Which mushrooms are they?
Thanks!

These are not any psychoactive mushroom. Dont eat mushrooms you cant identify. Next time could be the last one you eat

I think this is a Lactarius, it is to dry for me to identify accurately but please never do that again or it can be the last time, some mushrooms are unforgiving

I agree; it resembles l. deliciosus on account of the green staining, but as you say, dried out; difficult to ID.

Cool, i always see deliciosus with short stocky stems, would love to photograph some taller ones like these, fresh.
